Panama City Tour + Canal Museum + Canal Visitors Center + Locks At Miraflores
Enjoy a guided sightseeing tour and visit the most important sites and landmarks of Panama. Tour both the historical and modern areas of Panama City and visit the world-famous Panama Canal, whose impressive system of locks continues to fascinate visitors.
Tour Duration:
One – half day or approximately 5 hours. The schedule is adaptable to less time depending upon your needs.

Note: You must also add airport transfer costs: $45 USD for 1 or 2 people per direction ($90 USD round-trip for 1 or 2 people). Third and additional person over 3 years of age $20 per direction. Paid upon arrival at the airport.
Lunch and dinner is available at the Atlantic & Pacific Company restaurant located at the Miraflores Locks Visitors Center during the hours of operation noted above. If you wish to eat at a different restaurant in the city, your guide will assist you. Meals are the responsibility of each guest.
We also can offer to transport you to the museum of the famous architect Frank Gehry, The Biodiversity Museum. At the Biodiversity Museum you’ll have the opportunity to learn about the birth of Panama and about how our beautiful country changed the world. Entrance fees to these museums are at the responsability of each guest. Our guide is available to pick you up at these museums when you complete your visit.

Casco Viejo
Visit the Old Town (Casco Viejo or Casco Antiguo) section of the city where you’ll have the chance to walk around and explore this colonial area, take photographs and admire what is truly an open-air architectural museum complete with churches, cobblestone streets, theaters, homes and buildings all constructed in the Colonial era around 1673. In 1997 this area was declared Patrimony of Humanity (Heritage of Humanity ) by UNESCO.

1.00I would rate this a 0 even -100 if I could. Booked this trip to visit the most of my 8 hour layover in Panama City. Got the confirmation # and tickets through the app . However I didn’t not receive any information on where and what time to meet the tour company. Contacted the tour company through TripAdvisor and also through what’s app called and messaged multiple times and got no response. Waste of time and money. I highly recommend you don’t use this tour company

5.00Panama City is beautiful, without a doubt extremely sophisticated. We visit Old Panama, Old Town, Amador Causeway, Coastal Ribbon, Canal Visitor Center. Definitely an enriching experience. Super recommended.

5.00Excellent service from Panama Canal Tours. We did the full transit tour of the Panama Canal, which was wonderful. They took us to Isla Coiba, Boquete and Bocas del Toro. Thank you Panama Canal Tours. We will be back.

5.00Had a layover in Panama City for 10 hours which I love because it gives me a chance to do a quick check on a city to see if I need to come back. TA sent me Ali Douglas of Ivan Tours. He did an amazing job. I got the highlights of the city and a good bit of history from Ali. Will definitely be back. Panama City and are has it all

5.00Looking for an amazing, educational tour? Look no further than Luis Vega! I can not speak enough great things of our experience with Luis. He knows all the good times to go to the canal. He knows the history and facts about the city. He drives a nice van so plenty of room for a family. His English is perfect! He also made some stops around town at different lookout points for pics. He’s very affordable too. I found him through this site and another person’s review. I hope you find him through mine. He responds very quickly if you email him. 5.00We spoke to Jaine by email 1 month before our trip. We were on our way to Canada and we would stay 8 hours in Panama. We chose Jaine for the good indications I found on the internet, and really everyone was full of reason. Jaine is kind, friendly, careful. We picked up at the airport early and was telling us everything about Panama, from the historic part, food, tourism, and etc. The place was simple and tasty. We love his company. The car is a mini van, very comfortable and spacious. We were in 2, but it would easily fit 7 people in that mini van, with a spacious place to store your luggage. It would indicate closed eyes. We recommend making the tour with Jaine 100%.

4.00Luis waited for me at the Airport, and right on time. I was a little late but he was there! Took me to the city center and was very accommodating with all my questions as he was so knowledgeable. Loved the tour! Thanks Luis. Also, the restaurant was fantastic. loved it.

5.00This was a great bus tour and the canal museum and the visitor's center were the highlights. It is just amazing how this canal was made and equally sad to see how many people died in the construction. Just outside the visitor's we saw a sloth in the trees.
