Group size: This is a shared group excursion with up to 45 fellow cruise passengers.
Lunch on board: As part of your shore excursion, enjoy a delicious lunch with a freshly made French sandwich from a local Le Havre bakery, bottled water, and a sweet treat (seasonal apple or yogurt). A relaxed and satisfying break that both adults and children will love. Please let us know of any dietary needs (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.) at least 72 hours before the tour so we can accommodate you.

Your tour begins with a convenient pickup directly at the cruise terminal in Le Havre, followed by a scenic 2-hour drive to your first stop
Pointe du Hoc
You will continue your journey to Pointe du Hoc, this area stands as one of the most dramatic and significant D-Day landmarks. Perched on high cliffs between Utah and Omaha Beaches, this site was a heavily fortified German position. On June 6, 1944, U.S. Army Rangers bravely scaled the cliffs under enemy fire to neutralize the artillery. Visitors today can explore bomb craters, bunkers, and the memorial dedicated to the Rangers’ extraordinary courage. Duration: 1 hour Admission Ticket Free

4.00Wonderful service directly to our cruise ship. Got to see the major sights of Omaha Beach, American Cemetery and Pont du hoc. Lunch was good and we were able to sit right at the beach for our picnic lunch. Peace of mind that we would get back to our ship before sailing. Guide was pleasant and friendly but didn't lead group and left us wandering and guessing at times.
