Suitable for all physical fitness levels
Although the experience/activity is suitable for kids from 6 years old and up, younger infants can come to our spot with their family and assist the activity (for example their brother or sister). We can host them at our beach spot, where we have wind cutters with all the gear and free bottled water for everyone. Even if they don't do the activity, they can come and feel the atmosphere.
The person on a wheelchair cannot participate in the activity but they can come to near the beach and breath the good energies from their friends who enjoy the experience.) - Should we change?
SIDE-OFF experiences are dependent on Weather conditions. Your booking will be confirmed as soon as the forecast is favourable.

5.00While in Porto I decided to take windsurf classes and I couldn't be more happy with the experience. Simon is a great windsurf instructor, very attentive and patient. After a few hours I already felt progress and I was having fun. The classes inspired me to continue with windsurfing! I can recommend this school 100%.

5.00Highly recommended! Windsurfing is a fun sport that everyone can try and Simon really takes the time to teach some skills and make the experience fun! Class times are also flexible, so if you are more experienced Simon will try his best to find a time slot with more wind. Not to mention this is a good workout to burn those extra beers!!

5.00Because of the high waves at the beach we went to the Porto Marina. Thanks to the amazingly organised surfer van this flexibility was possible. Simon met us there and we had a great 2h windsurf lesson. He really knows how to encourage you, correct you in a nice manner, and show you how a pro does it. Thanks to these skills we learned a lot and had a great time. Thank you so much Simon and hopefully till next time!

5.00I loved the class with Simon! I already have some experience with windsurfing and doing class with it has made me evolve tremendous in a short time. He knew how to evaluate my level, wind and water conditions. Result: managed to get me to make a Beach start, try harnes and improve in the turns back and forth. I was very pleased, I recommend!

5.00I loved the windsurf lesson with Side Off. All the gear was in perfect condition and adapted to my level. I was a complete beginner and Simon went over all the basics with before going into the sea. He was calm and thoughtful and very insightful. I had a wonderful experience!

5.00Simon is a true water-man! Super knowledgeable of his practice and extremely friendly. I definitely recommend! He makes everyone comfortable and explains everything so you can learn a little more about this amazing sport. (he is also Oporto Local so he knows the best secret spots of the city 😏)
