Unfortunately they were sold out for all the tours when I walked in. But I had a great experience at the bar and around

We presumed the $15pp ferry and shuttle from Old San Juan would have been timed with the tours. It works on the way over, there is a cocktail to fill the time before the tour starts. But after the tour it is another 75 minutes before the ferry back to Old San Juan. Save the money, time, and frustration by just using Lyft both ways. It’s about the same price. The tour was actually nice and informative.

It was neat to hear the history of how the company formed and their process of making rum. Definitely worth the trip. Oh, we ordered some food there and it was good.

We had an amazing experience at the Bacardi tour! From start to finish, everything was fun, informative, and so well organized. Our tour guide Soneris, was incredibly enthusiastic, friendly, and knowledgeable, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. We loved learning about the history, the rum-making process, and getting to experience the Bacardi culture firsthand. The atmosphere was beautiful and welcoming, and it truly made for a memorable day. We’re already looking forward to coming back again on our next trip and possibly renting out for an event ! Thank you Puerto Rico

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable but too much un necessary detail. Tour bogged down with many stops to provide excessive details. You could see more if you walked and talked. Spending 15 mins to talk & look at bricks was ridiculous and not getting close to chapel to take pics. We had to go over there ourselves to take pics. Walk and talk about the bricks is better. They are everywhere. Didn’t speak about beautiful cathedral. We happen to look inside because we were sitting on steps to take a break. Thank God we got pictures of the inside. We left the tour early to spend more time at El Morro before we had to catch another tour. Maybe, it was this tour guide, Antonio, was the problem. We don’t know. If we had to do this tour again, we wouldn’t. The tour should keep moving and talk while you walk. We have been on many tours. This one wasn’t good. Talking was too much that you start to not listen and zone out while you sit waiting for him to finish.
