It was amazing and more than what we expected for the price. It incides a cocktail, you get on a short ride to the museum and they explain everything. Museum is well keps and we got a tasting of one of the rums

Incredible tour! Learned a lot about Puerto Rican run and the history of Bacardi. Grounds are incredibly manicured. Included drink was excellent. Be sure to allow time to get food from the snack bar, which was also excellent. Be sure to allow several hours for the whole experience - especially if you take the ferry from Old San Juan.

Well organized. Courteous staff. There were outdoor bars so we could have a drink while waiting for the trolley to bring us to Casa de Bacardi. Interesting clip they showed us on how they make rum. We learned about the symbol of the bat on the Bacardi Rum bottles. Learned the difference on what type of rum to mix with which drinks. Prior I had used Bacardi Superior white rum in Pina Coladas. It is really supposed to be mixed with a dark rum.

Trolley to/from the ferry is not included in the price of the experience. WiFi is not included, when I ask for the password, they just looked at me and said WiFi was not available. The timing of the tour and the ferry was not good, had to wait 50 minutes for the ferry to take us back to Old San Juan.

Rge tour guide was knowledgeable I learned alot about the history of Casa Bacardi, and why there is a bat on the label. We were greeted with directions, and a choice of rum drinks from the bar. At the end of the tour we tasted the oldest, best Bacardi rum. It was smooth and very special.

This was a fun and informative tour, and we learned how to say Bacardi' correctly. We took the ferry from the cruise port. It was super simple, get off the cruise ship, turn left and there is the ferry terminal. The fare is based on age, my husband was free and I cost 25 cents, I consider that a bargain! The ferry ride was very short, 10 minutes +/-. Once we got to Casa Bacardi', we were able to enjoy a delicious cocktail, a real cocktail, not the very disappointing rum punch that is usually served out of milk jugs at other tour sites. I had a daquiri and my husband had a Cuba Libre', these drinks were very good and refreshing. There is a food kiosk on the propery and we split an order of codfish fritters, to say that these were delicious is an understatement. The tour started with a short tram ride around the property, then we ventured into the Welcome Center and we learned all about the history of Bacardi' and the different types of rum that is distilled at Bacardi' Distillery. Our guide was exceptional and very enthusiastic to share her knowledge of Bacardi'. I believe her name was Alejandra. At the end of the tour, we were treated to a taste of their most expensive rum, it was smooth and flavorful, quite delicious. There is a gift shop adjacent to the Welcome Center and the available items are of good quality. The different rums are available for purchase, and for the most part, reasonable in price. Of course there are T-shirts, hats, cocktail-making accessories, fun stuff to purchase which we did! I would absolutely recommend this tour. Purchasing our tickets through Viator was easy. NOTE: Cash is not accepted on the property, only cards.

The Bacardí tour was amazing! The history lessons, the drinks, the tour guide (Ari), the drinks, the visuals, and did I mention the drinks? It was all amazing! I definitely plan on doing the premium tour the next time.
