After a lecture on the history of Japanese cuisine and sushi,

you'll get hands-on experience making Sushi, and then

enjoy eating the Sushi you've made!

You can learn how to make Japanese authentic Sushi from friendly English-speaking staff. For vegetarian or vegan guests, we can substitute fish toppings with vegetables.
