• Great tour of Grant Turk!

  Once again, I got a one-on-one experience on this excursion. It had been decades since I rode an ATV but just like a bike, I got back on and was ready to roll. My guide Carlos was great. We literally went all over the Island and stopped as several places of interest where Carlos explained each stop and offered to take photos. The tour lasted about 2 hours which was perfect amount of time.

  Horrible experience. ATVs broke down multiple times. They had us double up on ATVs that literally had warnings on them that 2 people were NOT allowed on one ATV. 2 ATVs ran out of gas. Golf carts broke down too. Poorly maintained. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Also, the guide was pretty slow. If you want a fast, professional experience, find someone else.

  Omg! Johnathan is the best really nice, found his company on TikTok but he took us all over the island and we explored the national park, seen the jail and government buildings and even took photos at the grand Turk inside the island sign. EXTRA we had the best food down town Turks and Caicos from a food truck, he recommended. When I come back I’m booking with him 100%

  We had such a great time with Johnathan today. Saw so much of the island and had a blast doing it. So many donkeys!!! Highly recommend.

  I gave this experience 2 stars because there were only 2 things that I enjoyed. The kindness of our tour guide Johnathan and the views at the end of the ride. That is it. The rest of it was chaotic and left more to be desired. For starters the email explained that someone would meet us at the port with a sign, there was no person or signage. After walking around asking several vendors (whom tried to sale me their excursions instead); was I finally directed to exit the gate leaving the port and walk down the street until I saw a sign that said "gas". This raised a bit of a safety concern as I am a solo traveler. When I finally arrived I saw a young lady; whom was less than pleasant, lounging on a golf cart. Once I filled out paper work and was finally checked in, we had to wait an additional 20 minutes as the other passengers were lost as well. Finally, after no safety briefing, we began a very slow ride barely going over 14mph. After about 15 minutes we were dropped off at a shopping strip and left for about 30 minutes that we could have done without. There were some mix ups with the other passengers so our 30 minute wait was more like 45. FINALLY, at the end we were driving through neighborhoods with a beautiful coastline view, then through some VERY rocky roads that I had to hold on for dear life to get through. It was still more enjoyable than driving at a snails pace through crowded streets. Overall, the experience left me wanting more. Jonathan did his best to make the most of it but at the price point of $95 I expected more.

  When you get to the port, find out how to get to the main street. From there you will walk down about 1/2 mile and you will see a side road. There should be a person there waiting in a golf cart to take you up the road to the building. It looks sketchy but its legit. We had a great time with our tour guide and I would do it again.

  Did not know to walk out of port completely to meet tour guide, so we were late. Other than this little obstacle, the rest of the tour was perfect. ATVs were safe, tour guide friendly, and the 2 hour tour gave us time to enjoy other activities...

• First Time ATV Family Experience

  The host Marshall was amazing and very friendly. He took us around the island and the ride was definitely well worth the money for our family group. We got to see lots of sites and we got to experience true ATV life for the first time for all of us so we are grateful and we would definitely use his service again.

  We had an absolutely fabulous time with Marshall and the island tour was beautiful. We would suggest this adventure for families of all kinds. The machines were easy to operate and we felt safe navigating on the island. Definitely a great time for everyone. Families should get clear instructions on where to meet your guide so you can start your tour on time!

  The Tour operator was impossible to find & I had to hire a Golf Cart & driver to find them. After driving around for 10-15 minutes looking for them, he parked under a tree & said that the would arrive in 5 minutes. After waiting 15 minutes, no tour Operator arrived, there were no other guests around and no ATV's in sight, so we walked back to the ship. Accordingly, I would request a full refund in view of the above tour which was not taken.
