Our driver will be waiting for you at the airport with a signboard displaying your name. For hotel pickups, please meet our driver at the reception. Smooth, Safe, and Friendly Airport Transfer Experience

5.00It was our first time in Costa Rica, and we felt safe and secure throughout the transportation. The transfer was smooth, and Adrian, the owner of Guanacaste Shuttle, picked us up at the airport. He was very kind and hospitable, and we had a great conversation along the way to the hotel. Overall, it was a great ride. I highly recommend their service and will definitely use them again when we return.

5.00We had the pleasure of working with this transportation company for a large group of approximately 100 employees during our trip to Costa Rica, and I truly cannot say enough good things about our experience. From start to finish, their team was exceptional in every way! Consistently punctual, incredibly organized, and always professional. Coordinating transportation for a group of our size is no small or easy task, yet they handled every detail seamlessly. Even when we had last-minute changes and additions, they were flexible, accommodating, and quick to adapt without missing a beat. Communication was another standout. Their team stayed in constant contact, ensuring we always knew what to expect and giving us complete peace of mind throughout the trip. What really set them apart, though, was their level of care and commitment to our group’s well-being. When one of our employees accidentally left their phone in a vehicle, a driver went out of their way to personally return it. In another instance, when someone mistakenly got into the wrong company’s vehicle, their team immediately stepped in to coordinate with the correct driver to safely locate and pick her up. That level of attentiveness and genuine concern is rare and deeply appreciated!! Overall, they went above and beyond in every way. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and truly outstanding transportation services. They played a huge role in making our trip smooth, safe, and enjoyable.
