From the moment I landed, everything was smooth. Gerson, my driver, was already there waiting—right on time, super friendly, and just easygoing. After a long flight, that kind of energy makes a big difference. The car was clean, comfortable, with perfect AC (because Guanacaste heat is no joke 😅), and the drive felt safe and relaxed the whole way. What really stood out? Gerson was perfect. 5.00I had an excellent experience with Randall, driver of Discover Costa Rica. He picked me up at the airport and took me to the Mangrove Hotel, and then back, always on time and very professional. From the first moment he was very friendly, attentive and with a super helpful attitude. He drives very safely, which is appreciated a lot after a flight. In addition, during the trip he shared interesting information about the country, which made the trip much more enjoyable. The service was impeccable from start to finish.
