  This was my first solo trip, and honestly I was a bit unsure about the transportation part… but booking with Jorge González from Discover Costa Rica ended up being one of the best decisions of the whole trip. From the moment I landed, everything was smooth. Gerson, my driver, was already there waiting—right on time, super friendly, and just easygoing. After a long flight, that kind of energy makes a big difference. The car was clean, comfortable, with perfect AC (because Guanacaste heat is no joke 😅), and the drive felt safe and relaxed the whole way. What really stood out? Gerson was perfect. Professional, friendly, and just made everything feel easy. It didn’t feel like just a transfer either—he shared great local tips, real recommendations, and useful insights along the way… like a mini intro to Costa Rica before even checking in. For the return, same experience: punctual, easy to coordinate, and zero stress. I didn’t have to think twice about transportation, which—when you’re traveling solo—is kind of priceless.   Jorge has been my go-to person in Costa Rica for transportation, and honestly, I wouldn’t trust anyone else.   I had an excellent experience with Randall, driver of Discover Costa Rica. He picked me up at the airport and took me to the Mangrove Hotel, and then back, always on time and very professional. From the first moment he was very friendly, attentive and with a super helpful attitude. He drives very safely, which is appreciated a lot after a flight. In addition, during the trip he shared interesting information about the country, which made the trip much more enjoyable. The service was impeccable from start to finish. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for reliable and quality transportation in Costa Rica.

  From pick up from the airport to drop-off at the hotel and back, we were treated to an excellent and enjoyable trip. Our driver was detailed in making sure we enjoyed the ride, was provide information about other activities around Liberia and informed us of the cultural knowledge.
