What To Expect

Our drivers will find the fastest and safest route to get you to your destination on time, avoiding city traffic and other inconveniences. For transfers with pickup outside the airport, the waiting time will be up to 15 minutes, calculated from the scheduled pickup time. As a general rule, each passenger is allowed to take one suitcase and one handbag or personal item with them in our vehicles. There are certain size and weight restrictions to ensure that each passenger's belongings can fit in the trunk. Personal items usually include a handbag, briefcase, or laptop bag that can be easily accommodated or carried by the passenger.

5.00Our hotel-to-airport transfer was a great experience from start to finish. I originally scheduled pickup for 6 AM, then realized our flight was at 6 AM and needed to change it to 3 AM just a few hours beforehand—thankfully, it wasn’t an issue at all. Our driver was pleasant, the car was very comfortable, and the whole experience took the stress out of trying to find a taxi or Uber that early in the morning. He even helped bring our bags inside and pointed us in the right direction for our gate, which he absolutely didn’t have to do but we really appreciated. Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience—I’d definitely recommend it.

5.00Daniel was so helpful and kind! He also chatted with us the whole trip and gave us recommendations for Lisbon and the Algarve. We booked N1Transfer for a round-trip - from the airport to our hotel and then from the hotel to the airport a few days later. Imagine our surprise when we went to check-out 15 minutes ahead of our booked ride and Daniel was already standing there! He was prompt both times - he arrived quickly when our time at Border Control went much faster than normal (I am pregnant and was able to use the priority line), and we didn't have to wait for more than 10 minutes when we landed at Lisbon airport. I would highly recommend this private car service to anyone who wants some calm and peace of mind during the stressful parts of their travels! We also had the pleasure of meeting Daniel's brother - Bruno - who was just as kind and sweet as Daniel. We will book N1Transfer again when we come back to Portugal!

5.00Driver was on time. He kept us entertained with info on architecture & history of Lisbon on the way to the airport. Walked us up to the check-in line. And made sure we knew where to go next. The airport in Lisbon is not easy to navigate. Long security & customs lines.

5.00This pick up could not have been better. We were contacted the night before to suggest an altered pick up time due to expected traffic in the morning. Our driver was waiting when we arrived downstairs, drove us to the airport, as well as took us inside the confusing Lisbon terminal and got us to where we needed to be to check in for flight. We could not have asked for a better pick up! Thank you so much.
