Long before becoming a culinary hotspot, Little Italy was home to generations of Italian families who made their living as fishermen. Now the past mingles with the present with top chefs opening culturally diverse restaurants, rooftop bars, breweries and pubs next to Italian American Landmarks and traditions. We will immerse ourselves in this culinary diversity and sample delicious booze and bites during this three hour walking tour.

What To Expect
Little Italy
Begin your evening by meeting your local tour guide outside the Little Italy Food Hall. Your group will get a chance to know each other and your guide will give you an overview of your adventure. While walking around the neighborhood you will get a chance to learn how Little Italy changed from a small Italian fishing village into a culinary hotspot that offers a lot more than just Italian Cuisine. In between your stroll you will stop at 4 different restaurants where you will get a diverse food tasting and a tasty beer or cocktail, ending with dessert. After the tour is over feel free to ask your guide about any insider information on what to eat and drink in San Diego. Tastings throughout the tour are subject to change.

5.00The Little Italy tour was a lot more than I expected. Our guide brought us to restaurants that I did not expect to be in Little Italy. I originally thought it was going to be filled with Italian food but I was wrong. Little italy is basically only half Italian restaurants! We got to try a bit of everything my favorite was the brewery and the gelato at the end!
