5.00Really enjoyed my brief walk around Llantrisant. A comfortable and traditional town that's incredibly peaceful and laid back, and has some great views over the surrounding countryside. Lots of nice little touches, like the antiquated buildings and narrow streets built into the hillside, that give it a lot of character that you only see in such homely Welsh and English villages. I had a tour from a certified Freeman of the town, which made the whole experience feel a lot more personal and rooted in the local history. It's a quiet spot that's definitely worth a visit if you're in the area. :)
