The location is easy to find. There is a lovely cafe, shop and toilets on site and plentiful parking. We took the first trip of the day thinking it might be quieter, which it was although there was still a good few folks. There was seating outside on both levels. And an inside area with a small bar/cafe serving area. The price was not the cheapest but as a one off trip was acceptable as a treat. The cruise has a guide who tells you about what to expect and gives commentary during the journey. Now whilst being very informative and with some very interesting facts surrounding Loch Ness, the Caledonian canal and the River Ness. I personally found there was just a bit too much chat. And I say this only because the title of the cruise is "contemplation" not so easy when there is not too many quiet periods. Otherwise the staff were very friendly and professional. Someone cleaning the interior of the windows 1/2 way through trip was a never been seen before addition very much appreciated. I chose to try the special hot chocolate with a wee nip in it, very warming I must say. Overall, I would recommend this trip to all. After the trip we went to the cafe for a Sunday lunch which was delicious. A wonderful day out for all. Book your tour now, you won't regret it.

A two hour cruise along the canal and Loch Ness for only $34 was a great price. We enjoyed the tour very much! The tour guide storyteller was fantastic. I enjoyed watching for Nessie plus the history along the way. So entertaining!

A great experience with my 2 year old grandson and myself , the staff were just lovely and we even got to go into the wheel house which he was delighted about, the guide was very knowledgeable and funny, a great welcome from the young man also who checked us into the boat I didn’t get his name , but huge thanks to Andrew, Linda and Malcolm I will be back with my other two grandchildren soon, huge thanks.

Just wow. What an amazing experience. We were welcomed by happy smiling faces in the Scottish sunshine before being taken on the boat. After a recommended Highland hot chocolate we settled in for the highlight of our trip. Very informative with nice little stories about the Loch and some colourful characters. Even learned about illegal whisky distillation. Thank you to Jamie the guide for that. But the views. My word. Made us really appreciate our countries natural beauty. Go for the picture opportunities alone. Didn't see Nessy but we 100% will be back to look again.
