Waste of time, no Buckingham Palace

1.00The tour description said that Buckingham Palace was along the tour route. We did not see the palace at all. The audio experience did not match the tour stops and there was no explanation for most of the historic sites. I would recommend if you want to see London, find a taxi driver to do a private tour in the evening instead. This was a waste of money and very disappointed that we spent our only evening in the city on this tour.

1.00The tour was suppose to be for an hour and 30 min. It was only one hour. The commentary was horrible. It played music most of the time versus explaining the sites. When it ended we didn't even know. People were still sitting because we all read on this site the tour is 90 min.

3.00There were lots of sights but no one we could stop at long enough to look or take a good photo. If you only have a little time this is fine but I won't say it was anything spectacular because you can't really look for long. Also picks up in a very busy tourist area with high crime. Not my best choice obviously.

1.00We stood at London eye waiting for the bus! Which never came!! We run after one across where we were waiting and the driver ignored us-shaking his head. We followed after one in a taxi and were told by the driver that we had to join at Covent Garden. This was not communicated to us when we booked!

5.00Great tour guide and easy way to get a quick overview of the history that London holds… helps in deciding what are the areas you would like to return to! Also not too long to start boring the children. It was engaging till the end for my son.
