No way would I recommend this pass. Save your money and buy at the location or direct from the merchant. Places we tried to use on the last day were closed...unforeseen. i asked for a partial refund and was declined. Do not use this pass. No comvenience

We bought a three day pass for our five day stay in London. The pass paid for itself in terms of getting through queues seamlessly and definitely saved us money. We were able to get to Westminster, The Tower, St. Paul’s, Kensington, a Thames boat cruise, and a very cool immersive art display simply by having our passes scanned. We used a two-day hop on/bus service, included, to get around the busiest places. Well worth the expense if you want to go to a lot of attractions. My only negative was the Big Bus hop on/off bus firm they partner with. They were frequently late or too crowded to comfortably “sight-see” out of the windows. One driver told me they had pared the fleet down from about 80 to about 50. I have no way of knowing if that’s true but it would explain why buses from the competing firms seemed more consistent and had space to sit and enjoy.

Total scam regarding The Shard—do not buy! Save your money. The London Pass lists The Shard as a top attraction, but it is impossible to book through their app. I checked every single day and it always says "no spots," yet the official Shard website has plenty of availability for those same dates. Customer service is useless and won't help. It’s a classic bait-and-switch. Don't fall for it!

I purchased GoCity passes for a trip to London, only to discover that reservations for attractions were completely broken. Not a minor inconvenience, completely non-functional. Getting hold of customer support was already a challenge in itself. When I finally managed to reach someone, they confirmed there was a known issue with the reservation system and told me to simply “wait a few days.” The problem? I was already in London. Waiting a few days is not an option when your trip is happening right now. When I pushed back and made clear this was unacceptable, their only alternative suggestion was to visit other attractions, as if I hadn’t planned my trip around the ones I’d paid for. And when I rejected that as a solution too, the final answer from their support team was to wait for my passes to expire and then contact them. Let that sink in: their resolution is to let paying customers waste their passes, ruin their trip, and deal with it afterward. No emergency fix, no refund, no real accountability. This is not customer service. This is a company that takes your money, delivers a broken product, and hides behind bureaucratic delays when you’re most vulnerable: mid-trip, in a foreign city, with no time to fight back. If you’re planning a trip and counting on GoCity to actually work, think twice. A product that fails silently and a support team that offers no real help when it counts most is, at best, deeply negligent and at worst, a scam.

So I had researched the Go City London passes to see which of the attractions I & my spouse were interested in seeing were covered. Based on that research, I found that the 7 attraction Explorer pass was the best fit - mainly because of not knowing exactly when we were going to visit all 7 places. So we arrive at our second attraction - the Royal Mews - and discover at the box office that our passes weren't working. A slow chat with Go City's help support (via their app) revealed that neither the Royal Mews nor the Kings Gallery were covered by the Explorer pass (see conversation image). This after their site had clearly stated that both attractions were covered by this pass (see image from website - all passes clearly present). Go City was unwilling to offer any refund for the 2 attractions we had purchased it for, and shortly afterwards, I saw that they had "fixed" their site to reveal that "all passes" had been a lie (see after image).

To avoid! We were in London. We had a problem following a misleading information on the site and concerning the time of entry to Westminster. Useless customer Service. They didn't solve the problem. They didn't propose reimbursement. In conclusion we could not visit it!

We bought the pass to save on our trip to London but what was going to be a great experience has been a scam and they don't even give an answer. It's outrageous! We bought the London Pass for 2 days, at no time we had notice that there were attractions to book and others, which were closed some days. We have paid, 124€/person for the passes, we have 2, so, almost 250€. We activated it today, we visited The Tower of London only and tomorrow, we wanted to visit the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace (pre-booking we didn’t know), we missed it because there were no longer tickets on the tour that is included in the London Pass), we wanted to visit also Saint Paul Cathedral and Westminster Abbey (closed on Sunday, fact that they don’t give notice) and we will miss it because we are closed. Now we have activated the pass today, which is 2 days, which has to be consecutive, and we will not be able to use it anymore in the attractions we wanted. Now they don’t answer either to have a refund (even partial) for failure to notify you, or to file a complaint. You want to cry and a lot of outrage. He's ruined our dream trip because of all the money we've lost.

Queuing in the long queues of people who don't have a ticket takes away much of the advantage of buying a pass! Horrific waiting time experience for Westminster Abbey!
