So I had researched the Go City London passes to see which of the attractions I & my spouse were interested in seeing were covered. Based on that research, I found that the 7 attraction Explorer pass was the best fit - mainly because of not knowing exactly when we were going to visit all 7 places. So we arrive at our second attraction - the Royal Mews - and discover at the box office that our passes weren't working. A slow chat with Go City's help support (via their app) revealed that neither the Royal Mews nor the Kings Gallery were covered by the Explorer pass (see conversation image). This after their site had clearly stated that both attractions were covered by this pass (see image from website - all passes clearly present). Go City was unwilling to offer any refund for the 2 attractions we had purchased it for, and shortly afterwards, I saw that they had "fixed" their site to reveal that "all passes" had been a lie (see after image).

The pass worked very well in all places we visited - of course, as always in London, being early will help.

To avoid! We were in London. We had a problem following a misleading information on the site and concerning the time of entry to Westminster. Useless customer Service. They didn't solve the problem. They didn't propose reimbursement. In conclusion we could not visit it!

We bought the pass to save on our trip to London but what was going to be a great experience has been a scam and they don't even give an answer. It's outrageous! We bought the London Pass for 2 days, at no time we had notice that there were attractions to book and others, which were closed some days. We have paid, 124€/person for the passes, we have 2, so, almost 250€. We activated it today, we visited The Tower of London only and tomorrow, we wanted to visit the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace (pre-booking we didn’t know), we missed it because there were no longer tickets on the tour that is included in the London Pass), we wanted to visit also Saint Paul Cathedral and Westminster Abbey (closed on Sunday, fact that they don’t give notice) and we will miss it because we are closed. Now we have activated the pass today, which is 2 days, which has to be consecutive, and we will not be able to use it anymore in the attractions we wanted. Now they don’t answer either to have a refund (even partial) for failure to notify you, or to file a complaint. You want to cry and a lot of outrage. He's ruined our dream trip because of all the money we've lost.

Queuing in the long queues of people who don't have a ticket takes away much of the advantage of buying a pass! Horrific waiting time experience for Westminster Abbey!

I was lied to about how long the pass was when I brought it and my pass was used somewhere I did not go proved I didn’t but they didn’t care

I purchased the all-inclusive Go City pass for a family of four for £357, which claims access to 107 London attractions. My mistake was missing the fine print – the pass is valid for one calendar day only, not even 24 hours. On Day 1, we tried Westminster Abbey at 1:30 PM but were turned away as they prioritized direct ticket holders over reseller passes like Go City. We managed to get on the London Eye at 5:30 PM, but on Day 2, at 9:00 AM at the Tower of London, we learned the pass had already expired! How can anyone visit more than 1–2 attractions in a single day, let alone 107? Spending £357 felt like throwing money down the drain. Some attractions even de-prioritize entry for reseller tickets like Go-City, as we experienced. You’re better off booking directly with attractions rather than dealing with these misleading resellers.

This pass not only saved us $$ but we went ahead of all line ups!! Per person (adult) I saved $110 pounds per person - for us that translated to a savings of $200 Canadian per person. It’s a no brainer. TIP: print off your passes to avoid any wifi issues.

I had an outstanding experience using the London Pass during our recent family trip. We purchased the pass for £160/adult for 4 days, at the beginning of the year, taking advantage of a fantastic discount — and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of our trip! Even though our itinerary was not too packed (we did about 3–4 attractions per day), we easily covered activities and entry fees worth well over £350+ / adult. The pass gave us the flexibility to enjoy London at our own pace while still maximizing value. About GoCity app — it was incredibly user-friendly, well-designed, and made it easy to access, book, and manage all our attractions. We faced zero issues throughout the trip. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free. Highly recommend the London Pass for anyone visiting the city and wanting to explore multiple attractions without worrying about individual ticketing or long queues. Great value, excellent app, and overall a 10/10 experience!
