All our piers are step-free and wheelchair accessible except for Cadogan, London Bridge City and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers. This is because the brow can become too steep, dependant on the tide, at these locations, making it unsafe for wheelchair users.
Tickets are valid within all zones West - Central and East ( between Putney and Barking Riverside piers).
Tickets are not valid on The O2 express services.
Please present your printed or e-ticket to Uber Boat by Thames Clippers staff at any of our piers.
Children up to the age of 10 must always be accompanied by an adult.
Tickets are valid for the day selected during booking.
Boarding is based on a first come first served basis.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

5.00We travelled by Uber Boat by Thames Clippers, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of the day. The ride was calm and surprisingly relaxing, with stunning views of London’s riverside landmarks along the way. It’s such a refreshing alternative to the usual busy transport options. Everything felt efficient and well-run, and the whole experience was comfortable from start to finish. Would absolutely choose this again — it’s a simple way to make getting around London feel a bit more special.

5.00We visit London annually and always like to use Uber by Thames Clippers. Although it is more expensive than the tube to get around, it is by far a more relaxing and fun way to see London. The ‘hop on hop off’ day tickets are good value especially if you have lots of places to visit in the day. The added bonus is a comfy seat, a good cafe/bar, toilets, inside and outside seating. If you use the mobile app, you can buy tickets cheaper online (‘at the pier’ prices are more) and store them in the app in advance. At peak times, however, and at more popular visitor attraction piers, you may not get on at the time you queue for (wait time around 15mins to next one) if the boats are busy - limited numbers allowed for safety. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable and cheery. We always look forward to our mini cruises and a comfy seat & cuppa (or glass of wine) between attractions when in London
