All our piers are step-free and wheelchair accessible except for Cadogan, London Bridge City and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers. This is because the brow can become too steep, dependant on the tide, at these locations, making it unsafe for wheelchair users.

Tickets are valid within all zones West - Central and East ( between Putney and Barking Riverside piers).

Tickets are not valid on The O2 express services.

Please present your printed or e-ticket to Uber Boat by Thames Clippers staff at any of our piers.

Children up to the age of 10 must always be accompanied by an adult.

Tickets are valid for the day selected during booking.

Boarding is based on a first come first served basis.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Honestly, Uber Boat was one of the most enjoyable ways for me to watch London 🚤 You sit by the window and the city slowly begins to float before your eyes: Big Ben, London Eye, bridges, ancient buildings, glass city, people on the waterfront, red buses... At some point, I realized I didn't even want to take my phone out. Well, very beautiful ✨

The service is reliable and safety protocols are adequate. There is a café/bar and restroom on board. We stopped at the Clipper lounge for scones and tea which were really tasty and well-priced.

We joined the Uber boat tour in London and had a really great experience. Everything was well organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the trip. The boat was comfortable, the views were amazing, and the overall atmosphere was very enjoyable. It was a lovely way to see London from a different perspective. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting London!

The Uber boat is very nice, very clean. However, I chose wrong because II am not familiar with London and was looking for a guided tour. This was the Uber boat taking people to destinations that they were familiar with. I chose wrong. I should have chose a guided tour.

The best view to London and you also avoid traffic 👍 Very interesting and comfortable. Also there is cafe in the ferry which is amazing for long trips like Putney/Greenwich

We used the Uber Boat during our stay in London and it ended up being one of the highlights of the trip. It’s such a refreshing alternative to the tube — far less crowded, much calmer, and with incredible views along the Thames, especially passing by landmarks like The Shard. It’s also surprisingly efficient and easy to use, making it a great way to move across the city while actually enjoying the journey rather than rushing through it. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting London who wants a slightly more elevated and memorable way to get around.

We wanted to visit london by boat and see all the best monuments from the river. We picked over boats and you were super easy from Canary ward all the way to Tower Bridge. You can pick from sitting inside or outside to have better reviews. There is bathrooms available and possibility to buy coffee and snacks on the boat. We had great fun and managed to take amazing pictures
