All our piers are step-free and wheelchair accessible except for Cadogan, London Bridge City and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers. This is because the brow can become too steep, dependant on the tide, at these locations, making it unsafe for wheelchair users.
Tickets are valid within all zones West - Central and East ( between Putney and Barking Riverside piers).
Tickets are not valid on The O2 express services.
Please present your printed or e-ticket to Uber Boat by Thames Clippers staff at any of our piers.
Children up to the age of 10 must always be accompanied by an adult.
Tickets are valid for the day selected during booking.
Boarding is based on a first come first served basis.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

5.00This is my favorite way to spend a sunny day in London. I’ve tried this trip ones a couple of years ago as a tourist, and I keep coming back after being a resident for years. I don’t know any better way to see the most iconic places in London than this boat trip. It’s so lovely and it could take you from Greenwich to Wandsworth in less than an hour! Love it and definitely will do more times

5.00We took a class of 34 children on the boat. David at Battersea Power Station Pier was friendly and very helpful. He entertained the children whilst we waited for the boat to arrive. He gave the children activity worksheets and even some bags in case a child was sick on board the boat/for litter.

5.00We went on the hop on- hop off tour, starting at the Westminster pier. Those of us who have travelled a lot will know that staff can either make experiences magical or difficult. In this case they were absolutely brilliant! Such an attentive team at Thames Clippers which is beyond impressive given how busy the area is. This was true across 3 vessels and a lounge so it’s a consistent quality. We came during golden hour which I would highly recommend as by the time you’re ready to disembark you’ll get to enjoy sunset and then see the city lights come on. It’s suprisingly both time and cost efficient, as there’s no traffic you can take in the sights much faster than by car or even tube.

5.00I had an exciting experience on the Uber Boat by Thames Clippers! It was honestly one of the best ways to see London. The boat was clean, comfortable, and very well organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the journey. Traveling along the Thames gave me a completely different perspective of the city. Seeing iconic landmarks from the river made the trip feel special and relaxing at the same time. The ride was smooth, punctual, and much more enjoyable than traveling through busy streets. I’m really glad I decided to go with Uber Boat by Thames Clippers — it turned a simple trip into a memorable part of my visit. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants a unique and stress-free way to explore London!

5.00Riding the Uber Boat along the Thames was such a great experience. Smooth ride, amazing views of London from the water, and a really relaxing way to get around the city.
