  An exceptional journey through the heart of London Having taken the Uber Boat along the Thames, I can confidently say it is one of the finest ways to experience the city. Landmarks that are familiar from street level — St. Paul's Cathedral, Tower Bridge, the London Eye, and the Houses of Parliament — take on a completely different character when seen from the water, making for a genuinely memorable journey. The service itself is efficient and well-organised, with clearly signed piers and a straightforward boarding process. The hop-on hop-off format gives you genuine flexibility to structure your day around the sights that interest you most, without feeling rushed or tied to a rigid itinerary. Whether you are visiting London for the first time or returning to rediscover the city, this is an experience I would recommend without hesitation.

  One of the most enjoyable ways to see London. Travelling on the Thames offers a completely different perspective of the city, with beautiful views of some of London’s most iconic landmarks along the route. The journey was fast, comfortable, and incredibly convenient. Instead of dealing with busy roads and traffic, I was able to sit back, enjoy a coffee, and take in the architecture and scenery from the water. The boats were clean, well-maintained, and the overall experience was smooth from start to finish. Whether you’re visiting London or have lived here for years, I would highly recommend experiencing the city from the Thames.

  A fantastic way to experience London! We boarded the Uber Boat by Thames Clippers at Chelsea Harbour and cruised along the Thames to Tower Pier in about an hour. Seeing the city from the river was truly magical, with incredible views of iconic landmarks including the London Eye, Big Ben, London Bridge, and Tower Bridge. It was comfortable, relaxing, and offered a completely different perspective of the city.   A fantastic way to see London from a different perspective! The Uber Boat was comfortable, clean, and easy to use. The views of the city along the Thames were absolutely beautiful, especially passing landmarks like Tower Bridge and the London Eye.   False advertising. They claim “stunning views, fresh air, café bar” - all a lie. They’re still running boats from the early 90s - cramped, uncomfortable, rough, zero visibility, and a broken toilet to boot. A horrible hour for my disabled father. Not only was it a waste of £40, it took a physical toll on him, affecting the rest of his day. It felt like paying for BA and getting an experience worse than Ryanair. Incredibly disappointed.

  What a perfect day, there couldn’t be a better way to move around London!!!! Hop on, hop off all day with amazing views of London that you can only get through being on a boat, plus snacks and soft drinks on board 🤭😍 Such a smooth and scenic way to explore London, I highly recommend this to everyone!!!!

  Absolutely fantastic in every way!! From the moment we boarded, everything was efficient and well-organised. The boat was clean, comfortable and the views…. stunning … there’s no better way to see London’s iconic landmarks along the Thames. We travelled with a group of exchange students from Westminster to Greenwich North stopping along the way and enjoyed the whole experience including the hop offs and ons!!! The crew were friendly, professional and happy to help with any questions. The journey was relaxing and felt like a sightseeing tour combined with practical transport. Avoiding the underground and travelling by river made the whole experience far more enjoyable.
