All our piers are step-free and wheelchair accessible except for Cadogan, London Bridge City and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers. This is because the brow can become too steep, dependant on the tide, at these locations, making it unsafe for wheelchair users.
Tickets are valid within all zones West - Central and East ( between Putney and Barking Riverside piers).
Tickets are not valid on The O2 express services.
Please present your printed or e-ticket to Uber Boat by Thames Clippers staff at any of our piers.
Children up to the age of 10 must always be accompanied by an adult.
Tickets are valid for the day selected during booking.
Boarding is based on a first come first served basis.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

5.00Went on a uber boat for cruise down the Thames. 2 old age pensioners with time on there hands. Best day of year so far 25th Feb.,lovely and sunny.Sat in uber lounge and how relaxing and pleasant. Went up river and back again seeing all the sights along the way. What a lovely few hours. Well worth it and will return.All staff very friendly.

5.00Boat ride was smooth and comfortable with great views of London Staff were consistently excellent with special mention to Alicia (Bankside, 16:30, 5/2/26). Alicia was extremely warm and friendly, checking on each group, repeatedly, despite the cold, miserable weather

5.00Staff are excellent lovely way to visit sights along the river seems expensive but much quicker and easier if you're based in Greenwich or want to visit bewildering array of offers and ticket prices so do your homework to find the one which best suits your needs and pocket

4.00It is good choice, either to use it as a taxi, or just to take a walk along the river. It's worth it especially at night. The only thing I missed is some more information in the boarding area. We arrived at night and there was no one there to ask, nor was the timetable for the next trips anywhere. At least Westminster Pier, which is where we got on. Otherwise, all good.
