All our piers are step-free and wheelchair accessible except for Cadogan, London Bridge City and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers. This is because the brow can become too steep, dependant on the tide, at these locations, making it unsafe for wheelchair users.

Tickets are valid within all zones West - Central and East ( between Putney and Barking Riverside piers).

Tickets are not valid on The O2 express services.

Please present your printed or e-ticket to Uber Boat by Thames Clippers staff at any of our piers.

Children up to the age of 10 must always be accompanied by an adult.

Tickets are valid for the day selected during booking.

Boarding is based on a first come first served basis.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

An amazing experience. Great views, superb service. The crew were really helpful and informative. The boat was comfortable and travelled at just the right speed. The views were just incredible, especially at night. Highly recommend!

Just wonderful - my friend left her phone on the boat and the lovely Norman managed to get it back for her by getting in touch with crew and staff - it allowed us to enjoy our holiday which would have been a nightmare had she lost it . So thank you Norman

Fun day out in London. The hop on hop off ferry was generally a fun and easy experience. We did have one hiccup at Greenwich wharf on 10-October when the chap working there wasn’t happy that we purchased a family ticket for our family of 5. He requested we purchase an extra ticket which was a mistake as our ticket included 3 kids. He wasn’t interested I. What we had to say but instead summoned his superior via walkie talkie to help address the situation as it was clearly the biggest issue of the day. We were let in but it left a sour taste in our mouth after what was a really positive day.

Expensive,rude staff and terrible schedules!!! Where to begin? If you want to waste your money use uber boat by clipper london, honestly the tube is better,Faster and way more economic. We ask a member of staff a question and his answer was: "im tired of people asking me the same question all the time, read the signs" very nice and polite,not!!!! We waited 45 min for a boat to putney just to be told after that time that putney boats did not stop there anymore and we had to go to embankment and wait another 35 min for the putney boat because 95% all the boats just got to westminster and went back to tower bridge. Terrible terrible terrible service, never again.
