All our piers are step-free and wheelchair accessible except for Cadogan, London Bridge City and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers. This is because the brow can become too steep, dependant on the tide, at these locations, making it unsafe for wheelchair users.
Tickets are valid within all zones West - Central and East ( between Putney and Barking Riverside piers).
Tickets are not valid on The O2 express services.
Please present your printed or e-ticket to Uber Boat by Thames Clippers staff at any of our piers.
Children up to the age of 10 must always be accompanied by an adult.
Tickets are valid for the day selected during booking.
Boarding is based on a first come first served basis.

A different way to experience London

5.00We used the Uber Boat during our stay in London and it ended up being one of the highlights of the trip. It’s such a refreshing alternative to the tube — far less crowded, much calmer, and with incredible views along the Thames, especially passing by landmarks like The Shard. It’s also surprisingly efficient and easy to use, making it a great way to move across the city while actually enjoying the journey rather than rushing through it. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting London who wants a slightly more elevated and memorable way to get around.

5.00We wanted to visit london by boat and see all the best monuments from the river. We picked over boats and you were super easy from Canary ward all the way to Tower Bridge. You can pick from sitting inside or outside to have better reviews. There is bathrooms available and possibility to buy coffee and snacks on the boat. We had great fun and managed to take amazing pictures

5.00Absolutely amazing experience!! Especially on the 1230hrs Putney Pier to Westminster route. We were spoilt rotten by Khia, who helped us when we were stressed with our late arrival to our Afternoon Tea Clipper Lounge Experience. Khia helped us feel at ease. Professional, helpful, calm & caring staff member. All.staff were amazing. Thank you so much !!!!

5.00Really enjoyed the uber boat experience. When it picks up some speed it is a lot of fun and the views are spectacular. Deffinitely recommend if you havent tried already. Would also suggest visiting grenwich and catching a boat back in the evening sunset or night for the views..lots to see in grenwich also

4.00Our family of two adults and two children (11 year old and 8 year old) bought a family hop on/off ticket one afternoon in April. We boarded at the Eye and headed down to Greenwich enjoying the cruise past the south bank and under the Tower of London. Once the way back, we went to Vauxhall so we could cruise past the Eye and under Westminster Bridge with great views of Big Ben and Parliament - although if you want the best light for these attractions do it in the morning as the sun was behind Parliament meaning videos and photos turned out quite dark. The boats are clean and comfortable. You can sit inside or go outside for a seat or just photos. There is a kiosk for drinks and food. Toilets available too. Staff friendly and helpful with directions. Sit near the front or back and you'll see the staff throwing a mooring line for some 'olé entertainment - the North American tourists in particular love watching and commenting on this like it's an audition for the rodeo! We had planned to go back for a nighttime cruise but ran out of time. Overall, a good value way to travel down the Thames. Enjoy!
