2.00Very confusing where to catch the bus. Traffic is terrible in London and it takes a very long time to go just two blocks. The commentary does not always match with what you are seeing. They don't make it easy for you to know which line you are on - blue - orange red. At no time did anyone ever scan or looked at my ticket. The worst Viator tour I have ever booked.

4.00The tours covered all of the major sights, however the recorded commentary did not pick up on all the interesting sights that we passed. The three tours were a bonus as you could swap to whichever line you wanted freely. The bus drivers were so helpful and cheerful, shout out to Paul on the red line in particular. The ticket touts at the stops less so but probably had to be more focussed on selling tickets than offering help. We really enjoyed the river cruise as part of the 24 hour ticket. All in all good value for money and worth doing.

4.00Fun way to get a good overall impression of the city of London. Easy to find the stops, assistance was easily accessible and friendly. Be sure to grab a set of earplugs and plug into the audio guide box for a bit of info. It’s not a long and detailed guide, however it gives enough.

3.00Unfortunately the buses didn’t come very frequently- we waited 45 minutes in the rain for the 1st bus, rode for 20 minutes, got off at a stop and couldn’t locate another one to hop-on, until we were down with out day and then it was too late. Was a very expensive 20 minute ride for the 3 of us.

5.00Robin has been an absolute gem. The route master tour was incredibly amazing. The whole journey we can barely hear any noise from the bus , because it’s the electrical bus (and it’s the first reimagined in the world)! Highly recommended to everyone.
