4.00We found the audio guide to be informative, used the printed map all the time. The app opened very slowly so we were constantly being delayed in getting on at stops to show our tickets. Overall, we enjoyed the experience. HOWEVER...We did oversee one concerning situation. At one stop, another hop on hop off bus company salesperson was working with a family, and one of your employees was yelling so loudly we could hear her from inside the bus. She was angry that the gentleman "stole" the family from her, and kept telling them to not listen to him! She was making me very uncomfortable for their sake, a family on holiday/vacation looking to get tickets for a bus tour and being accosted by her was so unprofessional. She was so immature; she was screaming at him, at the family, on the phone with whom i presume was her boss, even the shopkeeper of the store she was standing in front of. I would ABSOLUTELY NOT choose your company!

2.00We had a 48 hour pass and wasted so much time waiting for the blue route bus near our hotel. The live map was useless and was never accurate. On the 2nd morning we checked the map and decided to have a coffee whilst waiting for the bus as the buses were all far away and just as we sat in the coffee shop, a bus sailed passed. Over the 48 hours, 3 of the blue buses were that packed that we had to stand near the driver so couldn't listen to any commentary. The yellow route was great! We travelled to the Thames from the other side of London for the river cruise, included in our ticket, just to be told that something had gone wrong and there were no cruises for a few hours, which was too late for us as this was our last activity before returning home. So not only was it a waste of money it also wasted our last few hours in London.

5.00Easy on and off. Audio on bus very helpful. Hosts to include Ubong at Westminster stop very helpful. Highly recommend if you want to see a lot of the sights without walking.

1.00I'm a single dad traveling with 2 young children (4&6) I booked Toot-bus for a recent 3 day trip in London and booked a hotel along one of their routes (Green). After trying to navigate their awful UI interface on their app, I decided just to walk to the bus stop to get the bus. On arrival a rival member of staff informed me that the green route only ran in the morning and late afternoon. None during the day. Pretty useless for a hop-on hop-off bus service. Apparently that information is on their site, but it's not made obvious and actually reads as though the service is hourly throughout the day. It's not... no buses between 11am and 3 pm (laughable). Every hop-on hop-off service I've ever used before runs throughout the day. Not TOOT-BUS!!! Luckily I explained my predicament to a rival company (use - CITY SIGHTSEEING instead) and they took pity on me and said that it was a common occurrence. They charged me for one day and gave me two free... and guess what... their buses run throughout the day, really regularly and to all major attractions. In fact there were a few other firms that I saw many buses of. There's definitely not as many toot-buses around and they are a waste of money in my opinion. DON'T BOOK.

5.00We had a fantastic experience with the Toot bus tour. We were impressed by the coverage using the various lines. The audio commentary during the bus tour was funny and rich. The drivers were extremely helpful and explained the maps and connection points. We thoroughly enjoyed the river Thames cruise. And we got all these at a huge discount....... I will definitely recommend.

The route was excellent — it covered all the main sights, including Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Tower Bridge, St. Paul’s Cathedral, and The London Eye. The audio guide was clear, engaging, and full of fun facts about the city’s history and landmarks. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. They made sure everyone felt comfortable and informed, and were happy to answer any questions along the way. The open-top bus offered amazing photo opportunities and a relaxing way to see the city without rushing. The hop-on-hop-off system made it easy to explore at our own pace, and the buses were clean and on time.
