1.00By the directions it said it would not wait for late people however our guide waited almost 40 minutes for people then everyone in group decided they had to use the rest room so our tour didn’t start until a hour and. 15 minutes past our time it was supposed to you they guide who was a male was pushy and miserable most of the time rushing from spot to spot. Overall I feel like we missed out on a lot of things due to people being late and having a couple with a carriage we had to wait for every time we had stairs which was a lot.

1.00This is not a mobility accessible tour. The museum has plenty of elevators but the guide will not let you use them. The museum is huge, it takes hours to get through and there are LOTS of stairs. I am pregnant and we had a toddler with a stroller as well and we gave up after trying to haul the stroller and myself up and down stairs to various exhibits because the guide would not let us use the elevators.

5.00It was effortless and pleasant with direct access to the Mona Lisa. The Louvre is massive (to say the least) and confusing even with a map. This is the perfect way to see the most visited area.

1.00M we were only three minutes late and they left without us. The location they gave us was the wrong location and they only gave us the correct location with maps and locations highlighted once we told them we could not find them.
