1.00They only sell and do not follow up, I was on time, I trained to be able to enter the museum, no one indicated that I should see them outside, I lost 2 hours and then they no longer gave me my tickets, that I had lost them because I was not there, very bad follow-up and also very expensive, better to buy direct at the museum

1.00We were on time and the place was a zoo. Could not find out guide. Made every effort possible to find them. They made no effort to contact me. Terrible service. When finally was able to make contact they wanted us to to walk to their office to get the tickets to the second half of our tour. We don’t want to do just ½. 5.00This was perfect for me and my adult daughter. We didn’t have enough time in Paris to spend a day at the Louvre, so this is just what we needed. Checkin was easy, and our group was small maybe 20 people. Our guide was excellent as she showed us around. After her portion of the tour was over, you are free to explore on your own, or leave the museum.

5.00When I arrived at the meeting point they told me that the tour I had bought was with audio guide and that the person who was going to accompany us would only show us the artworks without further explanation, when in the description it did not say that, it said that it was guided tour. Fortunately they were able to change me to the François group who did explain the works and made the tour very enjoyable. That's just why I give him 5 ️.
