Definitely a good experience! We left early in the morning while the bus is comfortable and clean with cozy chairs. Also our tour guide Lan Kun is a very nice lady. She is patient and helps us take lots of good pics. The lower Antelope Canyon is so much fun! Hope come back again in the future to explore the Grand Canyon!!

Due to tour size and number of tours “sharing” the canyon everything was crowded. Our tour was supposed to be 90 minutes but we were held out of the canyon for 20 min and we finished 30 minutes early leaving 40 minutes in the canyon. Once we got in it was rush, rush, rush. As most of the canyon was small anyone stopping would force all behind to stop too, usually in a confined space. We were constantly pushed to move so I missed good photo opportunities. And our guide didn’t help, never pointing out any of the features His main goal was to keep us moving. I was planning to go to another slot canyon but was fearful that the experience would be repeated. Note I have been to these slot canyons two times previously, so I was disappointed by this tour. I will not return.

The walk through the canyon was nice. The guide was really helpful, taking family photos for each of us and teaching us some photo techniques. The crowd seemed a bit too much that we felt a bit rushed.

Beautiful, unique experience that is nothing like what you expect. The canyon is a lot deeper that what you would think, and a lot longer and colorful

Don't miss it. Book directly through the actual tour operators to avoid miscommunication and unnecessary rescheduling of the appointment. Our original appointment was at 8. When the tour operator was contacted two days before for confirmation, they told that the 8am slot was full and they could provide 12:30pm. We had another tour at 3 and this was too close to that one. Fortunately, it worked out OK. But we had already made all the reservations assuming 8am booking. So, it could have caused issues if therr were no reservations available. The tour itself was amazing. Our guide Alysa was very good in explaining the history and safely guiding us throughout the tour.

Our tour guide Tylan was horrible, and only spoke to rush the group ahead and give standard instructions on where NOT to take photos. I have read other reviews about Ken’s Tours on their website, and see similar comments, so it seem they hire such guides all the time probably by reference of each other. I have requested a credit card refund and also lodged complaint with the AZ consumer court, but that is hindsight wisdom! Treat this as a warning and don’t go with them. There are other tour companies who offer a much better experience about the local Navajo culture and monuments

Everyone enjoyed this experience thoroughly. We drove 281 miles each way from Las Vegas to this location, at the end we’re all felt like it’s worth to drive and spend time

I went into this with no expectations. And the tour absolutely blew away. It’s something you have to experience for yourself. The staff was super friendly and knew exactly what to do when it came to capturing the perfect photo. Also, the staff were very knowledgeable with the history of the site and made sure everyone stayed safe. I highly recommend for anyone to check it out if you’re in the area.
