The Lower Canyon itself is breathtaking and deserves every bit of admiration — but unfortunately, our experience was completely overshadowed by the appalling conduct of the guide assigned to us. This individual was an absolute embarrassment to your establishment — rude, dismissive, and entirely uninterested in offering even the most basic courtesy expected of a professional guide. From the start, he rushed us through the tour with zero regard for pacing or guest experience, constantly interrupting and pressuring us to move along. He refused to retake a photo simply because one of our toddlers moved — an extremely reasonable request that any competent guide would have accommodated without hesitation. His attitude was lazy, abrasive, and condescending throughout, leaving everyone in our group uncomfortable and frustrated. We did not pay for a rushed, joyless experience where guests are treated like cattle being herded through a slot canyon. This level of disrespect and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I strongly urge management to take immediate action — review your staff training, vet your guides thoroughly, and ensure no other family has their experience ruined in this manner. Given how profoundly this behavior tainted what should have been a once-in-a-lifetime visit, I am formally requesting a full refund.

It is so unusual and beautiful! Definitely worth our drive there from Sedona. The guide was very informative and helpful.

our guide was wonderful. His name was Alex however, the lady that sent us over to wait in E3 A3 was the rudest I've ever met. She called my name and then five minutes later I said ma'am she totally ignored me and I did it five different times so rude she shouldn't be interfacing with the public. Everybody else said your company was extremely nice helpful.

This was an incredible experience! I was worried when I initially saw a large group lining up for the 11:00 tour, but that group was then divided into smaller groups. I did not feel rushed as we were guided through by Veronica. She was patient and allowed plenty of time for us to take pictures. Highly recommend!

Worth every penny. Intimate, sacred, and absolutely breathtaking views. This feels almost too good to be true. I live in a traffic ridden, polluted, densely populated place and oh boy was this a nice break!

It is a great tour. Great tour guides. It os very confusing to figure out which company you are traveling with (Ken’s or Dixie’s) and the workers were late opening but once on the tour, you forget all that. Magnificent tour and incredible photo opportunities and views. Absolutely breathtaking.
