4.00Everything went smoothly, the pick up worked on time. I just wish we’d have had more time. 2,5hrs at the waterfall and surroundings is not enough especially when there’s heavy queueing and many other tourists.

5.00I rate this business a five star because they provided good service at a very affordable rate. However I would not rate the experience of the waterfalls a five star. While the waterfall is lovely and the pools are a color of blue that looks fake (but not :), this place has unfortunately become too over touristed. This is not uncommon obviously. I just wish we all did a better job of being tourists and local economies didn’t become dependent on cheap tourism.
