5.00This was an excellent tour of Lucerne giving both historical and current information about the city. Our tour guide, Marta, was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and engaged us in conversations about the various places that we visited. The pace of the tour was not rushed and allowed us to fully enjoy learning about Lucerne throughout the centuries. I would highly recommend this tour.

1.00Disappointing. We are seasoned travelers and have done many tours. The guide Arnie met us at the exact point on time but finished 30 minutes earlier than planned time. There were eight in the group and he did not give detailed explanation on the sites. Poor value for the money.
Nice guide, a nice way to spend a couple of hours but would have liked more detail and more stories about the region.

1.00Spoke very softly, with remarkably insufficient English—didn’t know the word “democracy” for example. Didn’t give an overview or much information. The tour was booked to be 2 hours, but ended after 1 hour 20 minutes. An hour after the tour ended. I received a message from the guide offering to sell me a Swiss watch at a discount. See “ Hi again. If you are looking yo buy for a watch. I have a brand new on hand Burberry Chrono Watch for men. Good for gift. Original Price is 550CHF. I can give it for 350. Have a nice day. This is an outrage—we paid $84 dollars for this trip and feel completely ripped off

5.00Ana did a wonderful job showing us Lucerne. Very knowable of the area. Truly enjoyed our time together. Only problem was, we were contracted by another agent. Saying we were to be on that tour. Ana made the call and straightened it out. Thank you and for a wonderful tour
