5.00It was a very informative tour. Our guide, Luc, was professional yet friendly. It was good to get a curated set of rich information for each of the spots we visited. We asked to end the tour earlier because of the cold and our boy who started to feel ill. Still, it was a great experience overall and well worth our time.

5.00Luc was an excellent resource about the history and architecture of Luxembourg. He went over and above our expectations, showing us the cathedral where he volunteers. He also accompanied us to the House of Chocolate where we had a unique hot chocolate experience. It was definitely a must do in Luxembourg. We highly recommend Luc if you visit Luxembourg.

5.00We had a morning to spend in Luxembourg City so decided to take a private tour. Our Guide Pierre was so knowledgeable about the history and current state of Luxembourg, the 2 hours flew by. We learnt so much about the city and its history it made it a real surprise of our short trip to Europe. the city is very compact so it was easy to get around, but Pierre made sure we saw all the historical sites including a visit to the Cathedral. The use of a professional guide is well worth the expense as they are your personal guide, and the interaction is far more than you would obtain in a group. Thank you very much Pierre you made our day in Luxembourg very special.

1.00We booked a private tour in Luxembourg in German. We received confirmation of this, including tickets etc. Two days before, a German-language tour was suddenly no longer possible, only English. As none of us can speak English well, it was relatively difficult, and all other providers were fully booked. We agreed to the English language tour, but with a financial concession - the fault was clearly with the provider. The correspondence (from Tallinn) was unfriendly and rude. There was nothing. Period. There was not even a reply to the last email. We travel a lot - we have never encountered such unprofessionalism and stubbornness. Masha from Twenty Tours (she was hired through two places) did an absolutely fantastic job, very competent and with a lot of commitment, just a huge compliment. It's a shame that we can't rate her directly.
