5.00We had an amazing experience with Jack! We arranged everything by WhatsApp. Driver was nice, the vehicle very comfortable. Jack also organized a guided tour for us in French, balloons and transportation for a very reasonable price. He was always available and took very good care of us and always asked if everything was good. We had a great stay!!!

5.00If you want to experience hot air balloon, look for Jack. The service is good and the price is good. The car picks up and drops off at the hotel entrance. The service is punctual and thoughtful. The hot air balloon of the next day is scheduled on the same day. It is a wonderful experience. ejack has WeChat, which is very convenient for Chinese friends to contact. 5.00Tour was amazing! Jack sorted everything for me. I only booked it the night before! Felt like vip, pick up was bang on time outside hotel. Got a boat across without any waiting around. Day was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for it any better!
