What To Expect
Booking Booking your 6-hour private chauffeur service is simple and seamless. Reserve your transfer through our online platform by selecting your preferred date, time, and London pickup location. You may also request additional preferences such as vehicle type, child seats, or extra luggage space (subject to availability). Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all service details and a booking reference for your peace of mind. Pre-Arrival Confirmation Prior to your travel date, you will receive a confirmation email including the chauffeur’s contact details, vehicle information, and a reminder of your scheduled pickup time. This ensures clear communication and a smooth experience from the start. Hotel Pick-Up in London On the day of travel, your professional chauffeur will arrive at your London hotel at the scheduled time. Guests are kindly requested to be ready at least 15 minutes prior to departure. Your chauffeur will greet you, assist with luggage, and escort you to a comfortable, air-conditioned Mercedes vehicle equipped with bottled water, Wi-Fi, and climate control for a relaxing journey. Transfer to Warner Bros. Studio Tour London Your chauffeur will drive you directly to Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter, ensuring timely arrival for your pre-booked entry slot. Upon arrival, guests will be dropped off at the designated visitor entrance. On-Site Waiting & Return Pickup During your studio visit, the chauffeur will remain on site or nearby and will be available for the return journey at the agreed pickup time. Guests explore the studio independently at their own pace, as this is a self-guided experience. Return Journey & Hotel Drop-Off At the scheduled return time, your chauffeur will meet you at the designated pickup point and provide a comfortable transfer back to your London hotel or original drop-off location, concluding the approximately 6-hour service. Admission tickets are not included. Guests are required to purchase their studio tickets directly from the official Warner Bros. Studio Tour website. Once your ticket is confirmed, we will schedule the transportation to align with your selected entry time.

The journey to Dover was smooth, and we enjoyed chatting with Florian. He was very knowledgeable and pointed out a few landmarks along the way.
