  It is long day trip. Price changed from $368 as advertised to $400+. We missed going to 2 attractions due to not having enough time. The guide was great and friendly. We were picked up at our hotel at 5:00 am. We crossed the border and met our guide on Malaysia side. We ate light breakfast at McDonald and we caught 7:00 am public bus to Malaysia first surprise as we thought our driver who picked us up would spend a whole day with us. By taking public transportation we also got stuck in traffic and got little late getting to KL. we were picked by another driver who was taking us around. after few time delays we started our first attraction at 12:00 noon going to Bath Cave and rest. By the time we got to Portenas towers and when we got done our driver went to different point by the time our driver showed up we lost considerable time. We were supposed to take 6:30 pm bus. For that reason we missed 2 attractions, Buddhist temple and telecom tower. By time we got to bus stop we missed our bus. Next bus we picked up was around 8:00 pm if we would have know we will miss our buss we would have gone to two other attractions and seen some stuff in the evening. I think with proper planning this tour can be better experienced instead of feeling rushed through the activities. I have mixed feelings for recommending this tour as it is great opportunity to see KL in one day but tour operator needs to plan it little better. As in the end tourist looses as paying large sum and not getting the full tour. In my opinion public transportation should be taken out and the driver who picked us from hotel should stay with us whole day or can change drivers but take out the public transportation which caused much delays.

  Putri was wonderful. She handled all the details for us and took us some amazing places. I especially enjoyed Batu Cave. It was a challenging walk up 300 or so steps, but we'll worth it.

• Fantastic views but a long bus ride home

  I enjoyed all of the sights we saw but really enjoyed Batu Caves despite the climb to get there. Putri did a fantastic job providing the history of each spot, providing sufficient time, and keeping our small group moving and on time. Some things that would have been good to know in advance since there was plenty of communication is that you need to fill out the Malaysia digital arrival card (MDAC) in advance. Also ladies need to have something that will cover their knees to climb up to Batu Caves. I was able to buy a cheap wrap at the base of the stairs.

  Our guide Butri was very helpful and friendly. Our trip went smoothly. She helped us with our immigration processing in and out of Malaysia and Singapore.
