5.00We were staying in a villa in Argaka and wanted to do something special for one of our last evenings — and wow, this private wine tasting was beyond perfect! Gergana, the sommelier, came to our villa with everything beautifully prepared — wine glasses, a decanter, and the most gorgeous selection of Cypriot wines we’ve ever tried. She was incredibly knowledgeable but made the whole experience feel fun and relaxed, not intimidating at all. We learned so much, but more importantly, we had such a great time! The food pairing platter was amazing — fresh local cheeses, meats, and fruits that went perfectly with each wine. We opted for the advanced tasting and it was worth every euro — these were rare wines we never would have found on our own. Sitting outside with the sun setting, sipping wine, laughing, and learning… it honestly felt like a dream. A total highlight of our trip to Cyprus. Highly recommend to any couples or groups looking for a unique, intimate and luxurious experience. Would give it 6 stars if we could! — Tom & Karmen, London

5.00Thank you Gergana for making the occasion so special. Your detailed knowledge and selection of excellent Cyprus wines and foods were enjoyed by all of us. It was a pleasure to learn and experience new tastes and flavours. The organisation and presentation were exceptional and your clear guidance, enthusiasm and friendliness made it a wonderful experience. I have been to many tastings over the years including some in Cyprus and I can honestly say that I cannot recall a better or more satisfying wine event. Well done indeed. Thanks are also due to Flawia at the Alexander the Great Beach Hotel who made space available for the tasting at the hotel.
