Anna filled the time between stops by sharing rich history and engaging stories that made us feel like we were dining with friends rather than on a tour. From the amazing food to Anna's brilliant insights and humor, it was a memorable, informative, and well-worth-the-cost experience that we highly recommend.

5.00This tour went beyond my expectations. Oliver was absolutely delightful. His adoration and appreciation of Lyon was clear when he displayed an impressive knowledge of the historical origins, architectural development, the cultural traditions, and explained how all of he aforementioned impacted Lyonnaise cuisine. In addition, we had an opportunity to try local foods, wines, and treats. Oliver is well-traveled and personable, which helped enrich his historical explanations and interpersonal connections with the group members. This experience felt like a walk with friends and the time went by quite quickly. This was a solid introduction to Vieux Lyon that I would recommend and I would do again. When you decide to do this trip, wear comfortable walking shows. Vieux Lyon has a lot of cobblestones. Thank you Oliver for a wonderful introduction to Lyon and a memorable experience.

5.00Rosie was our tour guide, and I didn't realize how fantastic her tour was until I went on another tour in a different city. Her tour was well-organized, thoughtful, and well-prepared. She provided us with a wealth of information about the city and its cuisine. I loved how she paced the tour nicely between walking and seating, talking and tasting. And we got to experience many different types of savory & sweet food in Lyon. Highly recommended.
