The service hour of this airport pickup and transfer is from 07:00 to 23:00. You need approval from the local tour supplier for pickup before 07:00 or after 23:00. Kindly remind extra hour will be charged additionally according to Labor Law.

Each passenger (aside from infant) can check in with a maximum of 1 piece of luggage, total dimension not exceeding 158 cm (62 inch), wheels, handles and side pockets included. Each bag should not weigh over 20kg (44 lbs).

Excessive and over-sized bag as subject to the availability of the storage space of the vehicle, may incurring surcharge.

For flight late arrival, extra hour will be charged. Usually you will be advised to pay in cash as tipping to your driver.

So if you make a phone call only after your late landing in Macau, I am afraid there will be no driver waiting for you. Why? When you are flying, the local travel agent staff might have to inform your driver to leave Macau airport because there is no confirmed information from you.
