Since 2019, The guides you need works with small groups to maximize the experience and take it to the highest possible level. We work with seven people as a maximum, so the experience gets to be deeper and satisfactory not only for the visitor, also for the guide. Moreover, with this we guarantee a complete respect for the Museum environment and atmosphere.

5.00Stephi was an excellent tour guide. Her passion and knowledge of the history of the family and art that is on display in the museum gave you a well rounded experience. My only regret was the tour wasn’t longer. I highly recommend both Stephi and the museum. The art work was stunning.

5.00The Thyssen museum in Madrid is a cant miss, amazing collection. Our guide Alex was the best, he knows so much about the art of every era. Alex is passionate about art and gives great insight. Alex was also our guide at the Reina Sofia as well. I highly recommend his tours, he is very professional and organized.

5.00I must say that we have spent the best cultural experience in a museum, the Thyssen Museum in Madrid, preserves a collection of extraordinary works and the way it is organized leads you to the evolution of the art of painting. But the highlight of this experience was our tour guide whose name is Stefi, we had never had such a friendly guide, willing to share all her knowledge of art history and she does it in a very clear way, she shows that she loves what she does and this is reflected in the way she caters to the visitors of the Museum. He deserves very special congratulations and recognition. Thank you very much

5.00First: You must see the Prado (of course). BUT then you need to schedule time to see this impressive private collection as well and to truly understand it and enjoy it (especially if you aren't a art historian) you need to sign up to take this tour with Stefania. She was absolutely amazing in her knowledge and presentation. Her passion for the pieces of art and her guidance through this impressive collection made all the difference in the world. As someone who wants to understand why certain pieces of art stand out or even the history of how a particular piece of art came to be in this private collection... she is the guide to walk you through those topics. I simply cannot recommend this museum or Stefania enough

5.00Our tour had only 4 participants. Alex provided us with an extensive overview of the ‘permanent’ works in the Museum (‘permanent’ as opposed to special exhibits, as works are switched out from time to time). We were glad for all the time he spent with us, yet still wanted to come back for more.
