Damnoen Saduak Floating Market is a floating market in Damnoen Saduak district, Ratchaburi province, about 100 kilometres (62 mi) southwest of Bangkok, Thailand. It has become primarily a tourist attraction, attracting domestic and foreign tourists.It is often considered the most famous floating market.
Mae Klong Railway Market (Hoop Rom Market)
The railway became famous for its route through the Maeklong Railway Market, nicknamed , meaning the "umbrella pulldown market" It is one of the largest fresh seafood markets in Thailand, and is centred on the Maeklong Railway's track.Whenever a train approaches, the awnings and shop fronts are moved back from the rails, to be replaced once the train has passed.

5.00Pook was an excellent tour guide who made our trip smooth, enjoyable, and memorable from start to finish. She was punctual, personable, attentive, knowledgeable, and resourceful throughout the day. The itinerary covering Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, Bang Kung Temple, and Maeklong Train Market was very well planned and perfectly paced. The restaurant stop was a great choice, and the Thai costume experience while we waited for our food was such a fun and thoughtful way to make use of the time. Pook’s time management was outstanding, allowing us to fully enjoy each stop without ever feeling rushed. Despite the hot weather, she kept the experience comfortable and enjoyable throughout the day. The travel agency and everyone involved were also incredibly accommodating, professional, and resourceful, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Their coordination and attention to detail truly enhanced the experience. Highly recommend booking with them!

5.00This tour enjoys a day trip, an hour or two drive from Bangkok. As well as the train market Mae Klong Market and Danu Mun floating market, you can also stop by the local temple, Elephant Camp and finally the night market along the way, so you can enjoy a variety of activities throughout the day. It was especially good to stop by the Mae Klong Market just as the train was passing the market and to see the stunning scenery, and it was a good experience to ride elephants at Elephant Camp. I was new to the floating market and didn't know what to do, so I think it would have been even better to have an explanation of how to shop at the floating market first. If you are interested, you can ask your guide first. At first, I thought it would be a long time on a 10-hour tour, but it was fun and fast.
