What To Expect
The excursion begins towards the south of the national park, bordering the Gutierrez and Mascardi lakes. Here we turn towards the Manso River, one of the largest rivers in the region, to border the Tronador branch of Lake Mascardi, where we stop at the Mirador de la Isla Corazón and continue to Pampa Linda, a beautiful valley surrounded by high peaks.
Ventisquero Negro
Our first stop is in Ventisquero Negro, one of the most curious and surprising natural wonders of the Argentine Patagonia. This glacier has a dark tone, almost black. Its color is due to the accumulation of volcanic ash. Here you can admire its unique beauty and feel the power of nature.

5.00Bariloche took our breath away from the very first day with its incredible scenery. This trip was wonderful; the drive was a bit long, but it was well worth it to see the Black Glacier. Our first stop was to take in the view of Cerro Catedral and Lake Gutiérrez. We made a second stop at Playa Negra, where we saw Lake Mascardi. Then we headed to Pampa Linda, where we made a long stop to take photos and have lunch. There are two small restaurants; we chose the smaller one and ordered empanadas, which were really delicious. After that, the last stop was the volcano, where we saw the two most distinctive glaciers. The park was very interesting, and the views of nature on a grand scale were magnifice.
