We had a wonderful, very informative walk through Male. Our exceptional guide, Ali, did a superb job helping us navigate the streets of Male, all the while pointing out points of interest. The tour of the Friday Mosque was inspiring. Thank you again, Ali. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with you!

Ali is an amazing human being, kind and knowledgeable about Maldives. He knows the history and with his kindness and right attitude, you will find that you have walked though the city and all the highlights without realizing that 4 hours is gone and you learned so much about the place with joy and pleasantness! Great walking tour through Male learning so much about the country . Ali was an amazing guide. I happened to be the only person booked which I felt very privileged. Ali was a wonderful first person to introduce me to his country. He contacted me prior to give me exact meeting point details and was very punctual, polite and friendly!!! He told me about his family, the people, the history and the culture. Loved going through the fish markets and produce markets with lots of opportunities to meet locals. THANKYOU Ali for a fabulous 1/2 day walking excursion. I would highly recommend doing this excursion with Ali.

Definitely recommend this tour to be the first tour you take after arriving to Maldives! Ali is an amazing guide that loves and cares about Maldives deeply. He has travelled the world so can give his own perspective on matters and explain the culture. During the tour, he showed and told me about the essentials of Male and maldivian history&culture and patiently answered all of my additional questions 🙂 We went to the Majeediyya school, presidential house, Friday mosque, parliament building, National art gallery and library, got several tastings at farmers market and dry fish market, saw rayas at the harbor, visited fish market and went to a view terrace. It was a short walk in terms of kilometers, but a long one in terms of experiences and information on maledivian history, business and culture. Having the tour with Ali was an unforgettable experience 🙂 that makes me wanna visit Maldives again.

it was great to see and explore the "other side" of the malvides, the main city , the capital of the this beautiful archipelago. Sujad was our guide. He is great man and a lover of his country and the history of the Maldives. He explained to us all the secrets, conflicts, how the islam arrived and even the what's next for Male. I think is important in a visit to a new country to save a day for the capital and the maldives's capital is not an exception. realmente valió la pena y esperemos en el futuro Male sea una ciudad mucho más interesante y organizada. Una de las mejores cosas que el puede pasar a un turista y admirar, es que cada vez que regrese, esté todo igual o mejor, nunca para atrás.

When I visit a city I like to have a walk around the city to get the lay of the land and a feel for the city. As we were only in Male for a stopover, we decided to do a guided tour. This was a good choice as we probably would not have found all the landmarks by ourselves in the time we had available. Ali was a friendly and knowledgable guide that was able to give a historical background on the various buildings that we saw. This certainly opened my eyes about the history of the Maldives in a way I had not previously been aware of. It's hard to pick out a favourite spot, but I would say the visit to the local market (and taste tests) was a highligh

Ali is an amazing guide who brings the Maldives to life! He perfectly understands the tourist perspective and explains Maldivian history, culture and everyday life in such an engaging, authentic and local way. After the tour I truly understood why the Maldives is an expensive country and gained real insight into the life of Maldivians. This was an incredible experience and absolutely not to be missed. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to truly understand and experience the Maldives!
