First time snorkeling? We’ll offer simple tips to help you feel confident before entering the water. After 45 minutes in the water, enjoy hot cocoa, tea, and snacks as we cruise back under the stars. Felt like a crew just trying to check boxes versus trying to give customers a cool experience. Really immature group that did not come across as professional. We had just snorkeled in Maui with a really professional crew and the contrast was striking. I even heard one of the guys being condescending to some female Japanese tourists who were clearly inexperienced and asking questions. As we were exiting the water, a manta started barrel rolling but they still hurried us out of the water as it was happening. And we got back to the marina ahead of time so they could have easily let folks watch that especially since we didn’t see a barrel roll the entire time. As soon as we got on the boat to head back, the whole crew pulled out their phones and ceased any interaction with the customers. Again pretty immature. I would look somewhere else.

The crew, Diego, Captain Mitch, Maddie, and Nick, were very helpful and accommodating. They did a good safety briefing and made sure everyone was comfortable swimming or had a life jacket. At the dive site they helped us in and out of the water and got us situated on the viewing platforms. They shared a lot of knowledge about manta rays and the environment they live in. We had a great view of manta rays feeding on plankton. Highly recommended.

OMG It was AMAZING!!!!! The crew Fantastic, up beat and very helpful. The ride out to the spot-Best moment of my Holiday. When we got to the spot, honestly jumping in the water was a bit much. Fortunately I had on one of their wetsuits-Mahalo. We were in the water maybe ten minutes before a Manta came up and almost kissed me. I was not prepared for that...I'm in a relationship...The Manta didn't see my ring--awkward.

Mitch, Madi, Diego, and Tamae were so friendly, helpful, and professional. They offered snacks and drinks, made everyone feel safe—especially those who weren’t strong swimmers—and kept the mood fun and relaxed. Snorkeling at night and seeing manta rays (and even a few small sharks!) was unforgettable. Highly recommend this crew and experience!

This is a once in a lifetime must do experience. I am so grateful to the crew for being so kind. I missed the 5:30 tour and they bumped me to the 7:30 one for free, and they were so kind about it. 100% recommend this company and the crew (Trevor Diego Eric and Maddie).

Staff was so helpful with my 10 year old niece. Helped lower her into the water with a pool noodle. Told her how brave she was. Great experience! 10/10!

The manta ray tour was absolutely incredible! The entire crew — Mitch, Diego, Madi, and Tamae — was amazing from start to finish. I want to give a special shout‑out to Diego and Tamae. As someone who’s afraid of the dark ocean and not a confident swimmer, I was really nervous at first. Diego stayed by my side the whole time, helped me feel completely safe, and turned my fear into pure excitement. He’s not only funny but also incredibly knowledgeable about manta rays, which made the experience even more meaningful. Tamae was so patient and captured stunning videos of the manta rays for us — all without any extra charge — giving us memories we’ll treasure forever. I highly recommend this tour to everyone, especially those who might be hesitant because of fear or lack of swimming experience. Just go. It’s so worth it.

Manta tour that I have been interested in for a while. It was on a TV show a few years ago, and I was hoping to schedule it for the next time I went to Hawaii, but I ventured to the Big Island to participate. The impressions I got when I actually participated in the event were that I was very glad I took the plunge. I had really good memories. I knew it wasn't the day I was supposed to have a Japanese staff, but luckily I had a Japanese staff member named Tamae as my guide, which was very reassuring. Furthermore, Tamae-san paid attention to the details, so I was able to participate in the tour with peace of mind until the end. The actual manta ray observation is as shown in the picture on the website. At first, the manta rays swam near the ocean floor, but by the end of the day, they were in full force in a series of vertical rotations that made them fly backwards many times near the sea surface! I think children and older people will be able to fully enjoy it. I was also lucky that a number of wild dolphins ran alongside me on my way to the observation spot.

Just got off the boat after our Manta Ray Sunset/Night Snorkel with Captain Mitch, Madi, Tamae and Diego. Unbelievable! We saw 15 manta rays that swam so close they were almost touching us while they were feeding on plankton. This is definitely a must-do when visiting the Big Island. Tamae took videos with her GoPro and airdropped them to us for free! We got drinks during the boat ride to the snorkel sight and hot cocoa on our way back. A full moon added the perfect touch to our trip. Five stars to the crew for making this an unforgettable experience.
