Our Marco Island Sightseeing and Shelling Tour departs from the Goodland Boat Park, in Goodland, FL. On our two hour ecotour you will experience one of the most popular adventures we are known for, we will take you for an exciting and scenic cruise through the Ten Thousand Islands, where our Captains and Guides will provide information about the ecology of this unique ecosystem. After cruising through the mangrove islands, we will stop on a private beach in search of the most exotic tropical sea shells that the Gulf coast is known for. This is a very informational adventure that will keep small children and adults engaged the whole time.

Please note: Everyone in your party must sign the electronic waiver located on your voucher before arriving to your Boat Tour.

Please note that a ticket must be purchased for every individual in your party, this includes toddlers ages 0+

What To Expect

Goodland Boating Park

ARRIVE 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. We depart from the Goodland Boat Park located at 750 Palm Point Dr, Goodland, FL 34140. This location includes a 5.22 acre park, restrooms, concessions for sale from sunscreen to food and allows easy access to the the Ten Thousand Islands and Gulf of Mexico.

Had a delightful two hour excursion with Captain Elliot and First Mate Sonia. Saw lots of Dolphins up close and spent quality time shelling on a great beach.
Amazing and can’t recommend more! Elliot is incredible!

“Forget about the beauty of the nature and the incredible shells that we found… Elliott created an experience that was not only amazingly fun, but we also got to learn about the local ecosystems and how we can be better partner with the nature. We are surrounded by.. My fiancé and I made this last minute plan as part of our Valentine’s Day gift to ourselves. We will create a tradition based around the of our experience. Elliott is an incredible Guide and purveyor of creating a better world that surrounds us. We had so much fun on our sightseeing tour with captain Elliot! He was friendly, knowledgeable and definitely made our tour fun and memorable!! We called for a last minute trip and Maria from your company was quick to return our call and set up a trip!! Thanks so much - it was the icing on the cake for the last day of our girls trip to Marco Island!

Coleen was our captain, her knowledge of the area, nature, marine life was above and beyond. She shelled with us, and found the most amazing and different shells, of which she happily shared with us. This being my 4 th or 5 th trip with Florida Adventures I was aware of many things that Coleen talked about, like the dolphins habits, how essential the mangrove trees are to the environment, and the bird life, but there is always new things to learn and experience each time I’ve been on an Adventure. I highly recommend Florida Adventures for a nature, shelling experience. They are the best!!

We went on the shelling trip with a 3 family group. It was fun, relaxing, and exciting all in one trip. The kids and adults all had a great time. The dolphins were an extra fun surprise.

Elliot and Sylvia were amazing guides and captains. They were full of information and made sure to point out every detail and answer any questions. We saw dolphins, Ospreys, and so many beautiful shells. We found some bonus goodies too (horseshoe crab molt and sea urchin). It was a perfect day. Highly recommend and I’ll be back to do it again.

Elliot and Sylvia were great! They were informative and fun! We saw dolphins swimming and having fun in our wake while we toured. Shelling was relaxing and rewarding, finding all kinds of beautiful shells.
