Yissine (one of Meriem's brothers) led the class. He is warm, charismatic, and passionate about cooking delicious, wholesome soul food for fun, though he is also a chef. The class was fun, relaxed, and very easy to follow. He taught us about the spices used in the dish and then shared his recipes digitally with us afterwards. We made our choice of tagine together with a cooked spiced aubergine salad with orange and cinnamon for dessert. It was all totally delicious, hands down the best tagine we've tasted in Morocco. Do not hesitate to book this class. Thank you, Yissine and Meriem, for a great afternoon.

This was a great experience that I wholeheartedly recommend! Meriem and her family were welcoming and kind, teaching us to make the food of our choice. We made: - Moroccan potato salad - Lamb Tagine - Chicken Tagine - Peach dessert All of it was delicious! The cooking area was much bigger than I expected and very professionally set up. Meriem sent us the recipes afterwards, and we will be making these again at home for sure. 5 stars from us!

Meriem & Yassine were excellent. The cooking session was fun & informative and well organised. It was in a purpose made kitchen in their home. They were kind, attentive adding a personal touch. Not to mention the delicious food we cooked guided by their expertise. We will definitely go again. Thank you.

Whether you are passionate about cooking or simply curious, this experience is a must to discover in depth the richness of Moroccan culture. Upon arrival, we are welcomed with a delicate mint tea and take the time to present each ingredient carefully. The course takes place in a beautiful patio, both soothing and authentic, and adapts perfectly to everyone’s desires (vegetarian and vegan options possible). Each step is explained with clarity and passion. With great professionalism while remaining very accessible and warm. We shared this moment as a couple, and it was a pleasant and rewarding experience. The time has come to sublimate the whole: we enjoyed with pleasure all the dishes prepared, including a delicious chicken tagine accompanied by several Moroccan salads. The quality of the ingredients and flavours were simply exceptional. A huge thank you to Yassin, her sister Meriem and their mom for their warm welcome. It was a timeless moment, rich in sharing, discoveries and authenticity. An experience we recommend without hesitation.
