Whether you are passionate about cooking or simply curious, this experience is a must to discover in depth the richness of Moroccan culture. Upon arrival, we are welcomed with a delicate mint tea and take the time to present each ingredient carefully. The course takes place in a beautiful patio, both soothing and authentic, and adapts perfectly to everyone’s desires (vegetarian and vegan options possible). Each step is explained with clarity and passion. With great professionalism while remaining very accessible and warm. We shared this moment as a couple, and it was a pleasant and rewarding experience. The time has come to sublimate the whole: we enjoyed with pleasure all the dishes prepared, including a delicious chicken tagine accompanied by several Moroccan salads. The quality of the ingredients and flavours were simply exceptional. A huge thank you to Yassin, her sister Meriem and their mom for their warm welcome. It was a timeless moment, rich in sharing, discoveries and authenticity. An experience we recommend without hesitation.

So enjoyed our cooking class with Meriem, and meeting Yassim! We got to select some of the vegetables and Meriem explained about the spices while we drank mint tea. We made chicken tagine with vegetables and chicken tagine with preserved lemon, plus roasted eggplant salad and a refreshing orange dessert. It was fun to learn how to make these dishes - even possible without a tajine. I particularly enjoyed eating with Meriem and learning a bit about her life. It was the perfect ending and final meal to our Moroccan trip! Yassim sold us some seasonings and explained about uber or the bus to get back to our hotel more affordably.
