MARTVILI CANYON: You will find yourself in one of the most beautiful and mysterious places in western Georgia - the Martvili Canyon, where the great king of the united Georgia, David the Builder, spent his childhood. For thousands of years, water has worked its way through soft limestone rock to create this natural wonder that will transport you to a fairytale world far from civilization. You will take a boat along the steep cliffs, see an underground river that turns into a waterfall at the exit of the canyon, and also examine the fossils preserved in the depths of the canyon. PROMETHEUS CAVE: Of the thousands of caves in Imereti, Prometheus Cave is the largest and most impressive. Inside, you will be amazed by the shapes of stalactites and stalagmites that form frozen stone waterfalls, breathe in the healing air and see underground lakes, the surface of which has never been exposed to sunlight. And then you can sail out of the cave by boat along the bed of the underground river. 5.00Tour was physically tiring but possible to experience. English guide who was provided by the Prometheus cave authorities for our group conducted her tour in a way where all members were not together. Aged members like us were left behind and had to explore the caves on our own. We didn’t get to enjoy lights and music in the caves. Tour driver was not English speaking and couldn’t communicate with us.

5.00You shouldn’t miss ! Martivili canyon is super beautiful nature where waterfalls into green landscape , I loved most hot water springs and was happy with the tour guide “Natia”- she didn’t spare effort for making it a successful journey, very supportive thanks .

5.00The trip with Giorgi was sweet and memorable. We requested for a trip to the canyon and cave but along with it we were rewarded with a beautiful surprise which was like a dream come true. He took us to a waterfall which was a hidden gem and extremely beautiful. He was also flexible enough to accommodate our requests. After the excursion he dropped us off at Tbilisi hotel per our request. He is very reasonable with his quotes (charges). He is a good guide who explained us everything with great patience and made sure we understood the same. Overall we had an amazing travel experience with Giorgi and would surely recommend his trip package if you’re looking to explore nature’s beauty. One amazing factor which was really helpful for us was he communicated in really good english. We’d like to thank Giorgi from the very bottom of our heart for making our trip to Martvilli a memorable one.

5.00Giorgi and Kuber were very professional and warm at the same time. Driver was very good, perfect driving and always checks back on you. Driver acted as a tour guide as well, great engaging conversations. He also introduced us to special Georgian cuisines and gave us a whole experience of the Georgian way. Spoke good English and kept out energies and interests at a high. Would definitely recommend this tour service and would love to try it again.
