We had a marvelous time visiting the monastery and the Sitting Buddha as well as the various other activities. We really enjoyed sampling the local foods! Random and Choedra were extremely knowledgeable but more importantly, accommodating the n every way. Our experience with them was outstanding and I would highly recommend their services.

My tour guide TD (aka Tshewang Dorji) and driver Tshe Wang met me at the Paro Airport and I had a delightful next few days with them. The first day we toured sites in and between Paro and Temphu. TD was very knowledgeable and encouraged questions. He was also very friendly and his English was excellent. On the 2nd day, we climbed to the Tiger's Next. It was a great experience, but physically challenging. I have arthritic knees, so the the descent was slow for me. TD was very patient and assisted me where necessary. The 3 of us had a nice dinner that night, and then I departed for the airport the next day. All in all, a great introduction to Bhutan, its people, history, and natural beauty.
