Very beautifull and safety travel. Transport and translater was great, unfortunatly the time is short, one day it's not enough to enjoy all the details

We learned as we we're being picked up that we would not be seeing Masada due to a road closure. It would have been nice to have known that beforehand so we could have reviewed options - we might have just rescheduled and decided against the early morning public bus ride, on Shabot, to the tour pickup location. Our guide (Yanna?) made the best of a situation that was probably out of her control. We did see amazing sites, such as Christ's baptism location by John the Baptist on the Jordan river. All in all I commend our guide for doing the best she could, and being highly knowledgeable about the sites we visited. BTW, an 8 hour tour can seem REALLY long. 😃 We'll probably be limiting ourselves to 4 & 6 hour tours in the future.

We had Jana for a trip to Masada. This greatly surpassed our expectations. Masada was amazing and Jana explained everything brilliantly. We enjoyed floating in the Dead Sea. We saw the Dead Sea scroll site given that Ein Gedi was washed out on the day. Many thanks Jana.

Guide Yana was enthusiastic and provided us with reasonable nformation about Masada and Cumran. The trip is a perfect mix of hystorical sites and nature experience. The weather was good enough to sweep in the Dead Sea!

Although we could not make as planned due weather conditions, Jana did a Great Job in Improvisation! We enjoyed the Trip very much!

Our expectations were disappointed and there was no information about the change of plans in advance, so they could have been cancelled.

The pickup worked perfectly. At the agreed meeting point, a helper informed us 5 minutes before departure that our bus could not stop directly at the David Citadel Hotel because this place was already completely occupied. So it went around the house corner where we were already expected. The trip went as planned only the communication on the bus was a bit difficult because many fellow passengers, 16 people, also liked to talk among themselves, which made the communication with our tour guide, which was in English, a bit more difficult. We learned a lot of information directly at the property with a very detailed, plastic description, also gesturing that a guidebook in book form cannot offer. Although the participants often buzzed around like a flock of mosquitoes, our guide did not lose patience and collected us again and again in time for departure. This allowed her to make the entire tour a successful and very informative event. Thank you very much for this, and also to our bus driver who often dropped us off directly at the entrances and picked us up there again. His speedy driving also entails us again and again small time buffers, so that we had sufficient time available on site to admire the sights properly. All the best and continue to enjoy us "Touris" Klaus W.

Great day! Nice to see everything in one day. Masada was fantastic! The tour was well organized and well managed. We would have liked a little more time at the Dead Sea and maybe an area with a better beach. But really everything was great.

I really enjoyed the tour and it was great to see all of the sights. It was a great experience to float in the Dead Sea, and I would recommend this tour to anyone and everyone! Our guide - Sharif and driver - Ismail were also both very good and professional and made the trip even more enjoyable.

Thanks to Yana and Nabil, my 11 year old son and I made a beautiful memory that will last a lifetime! Yana was so knowledgeable, welcoming and made us feel like family. I loved every moment of this tour and would DEFINITELY have Yana again for more tours in the beautiful land of Israel! You should as well!!!!
