Unfortunately, they were forced to cancel due to weather. I completely understand that, but they still charged me and have not refunded to my credit card almost 1 month out. I have currently filed a dispute with Viator and my credit card company. I am not sure what happened whether it is the company or Viator

Had Scott as our van driver. He was great, always knew where to take good pictures. Stopped at the best Banana Bread stand. Got to swim in a waterfall and swim at the black sand beach. Know that if you have less than 6 people in your party, they add others to your group. We thought it was a private van ride. We had a nice newly wed couple with us. Helicopter ride was amazing with Chris. So many waterfalls that you cannot see from the road but you see them from the air. Overall great day!

Ray was an excellent tour guide keeping us entertained and comfortable all the way to Hana and back. Great stories on the history of Hawaii, culture and fauna. This was a 10 hour tour and it was remarkable how fast it went. Joan and Chuck

Trip was well organized and went off without a hitch. Helicopter flight was awesome and the pilot was great. The limo ride back was very enjoyable with great stops and our narration along the way was amazing. Scott Ferguson is a great tour guide and you definitely want to get him if you can for your limo ride.

My husband and I actually did this before and came back with family this time and did it again. We’d never do Hana any other way. Our guides/pilots Scott and Chris were amazing and everything was very beautiful, informative, and professional. Breathtaking black sand beach! Thanks again

Ray was our guide and he was wonderful! He had a lot of historical knowledge of the flora and of the historical significance of our surroundings. We had a great lunch overlooking a spectacular Bay. The helicopter ride back was in the nicest helicopter with our pilot, Marco.

We enjoyed our tour very much! The helicopter ride was beautiful. Our pilot was a little hard to understand- kind of talked quickly and not overly engaging, but was very nice. Our road tour was very informative. The van was not thoroughly cleaned before we got in, and I was sitting next to the trash can in the back, which had some odor. Our guide was quite knowledgeable about Maui, and what we we were seeing, providing historical and geographical knowledge. Our one piece of feedback is they she incessantly talked, often repeating herself. There was not a moment of quiet time where we could just soak it all in and enjoy the quiet of the scenery. There were 6 of us on the tour, my husband and a family of four who were Japanese and did not speak English, which left us to continually respond to her. She did not “ read the room” and we felt she was just talking at us too much! We made two different stops at little stores - one would’ve been enough, and we felt pressures to purchase items.
