5.00The guide truly makes the experience for Chichen Itza, they truly help sculpt the story and enrich the history. Listening in to a couple other of the guides we passed, Carlos really was a stand out among others. On top of the fact that he helps you get the ticket, walks you around the grounds and sticks to the shady areas :) He speaks clear English and Mayan - even shared some of the Mayan pronunciation for Chichen Itza. I wouldn't ever tour without a great guide.

5.00My husband and I saw the Chichen Itza site with Carlos. He was a great guide: very caring, informative, and entertaining. He made sure we were stopping in shady spots, took great pictures, and answered all our questions. We felt well taken care of and not rushed. I would definitely recommend taking a tour with Carlos!

5.00Carlos was very helpful in planning our last minute logistics. Very communicative. He was very engaging with how he shared about Chichen Itza in a way that was engaging for our three teens, my husband and I, and my mother-in-law. We especially enjoyed how he brought in personal stories about his family and his Mayan/ Spanish heritage.Seeing pictures on the iPad was a bonus. His English is perfect and we learned so much.
