He was always on time, drove safely, clean modern car and pointed out the different plants and trees on the journeys. Communication was excellent. No problems or issues at all. Recommended

From the moment he picked up my family and me at Montego Bay airport, his professionalism, punctuality, and warm, friendly demeanor stood out. Throughout the entire week, Germaine was our dedicated driver for all Dream Weekend events, and he never missed a beat. He was always on time, incredibly courteous, and made us feel safe and well taken care of every step of the way. Even when our plans changed last-minute, he remained flexible and accommodating without any fuss. 5.00My experiencing receiving transportation services from Germain was excellent. Upon booking his services through viator, I received a WhatsApp message confirming the booking. After exiting the departure area he was waiting for him with signage indicating he was my driver. Germain was professional and shared great insight about Jamaica during the long drive to and from Montego Bay Airport to Negril. During my return trip I received notification that my flight was delayed. I asked if he could take me on a quick tour. Without hesitation, we visited the Cannons of Charlotte and I saw scenic views of the Carribean Sea. I highly recommend Germain for transportation and tours in Jamaica.
