Included everything in description. Busy day. Well organised and knowledgeable guide (Rita). Covered all we would want to see. Could increase time in Mdina and cut filigree diver shop where 30 mins was much too long. Lunch was good however air con turned off in restaurant at request of one table (6 people) so all the rest of group (30 people) had to suffer. The same group of travellers (Russian) were rude and really didn’t want to be there and ignored all instructions. They spoilt it for others.

The city of Mdina is a great experience … lots of history and walking but it’s worth is especially if you have watched Game of Thrones!

Our guide John and drver Jason took us on a tour of some of Malta's most historic sites. It was a full day tour with lunch which was a set menu but there was an alternative main course if you didn't like pork (an omelette in our case). Also there were the obligatory shopping stops but not too much time spent in the filigree workshop and glass factory (around 20 mins) and the demonstrations were interesting. Overall a good tour to give you a taste of Malta.

Our guide John Kipkop was great but the information we received about the pick up was terrible. All we knew was the start was 9.45 at our hotel so planned on breakfast then meet the driver. We had not been told to meet outside our hotel an hour earlier so missed the pick up, fortunately we managed to get a taxi to where our guide was due to start. The tour operated is terrible, they messaged me about being late and the coach gone, but it was hard work trying to find out how we could catch up by taxi. They never pick up a phone even though they messaged us in WhatsApp. This tour operated needs to provide clear instructions on the time to meet and make sure it is in the information on the App! Further they need to pick up their phone so the customer can speak with them! We had such a service yesterday by a different tour operated.

It's busy. There are large groups and it's difficult to hear the guide's information. The group I was with numbered 42. While the guide, Rita did an amazing job keeping us informed, some of the details were lost.
