5.00We did this tour on 1st June. Douglas was our guide and was really knowledgeable and keen to answer questions. Definitely worth doing a tour as you would easily miss so much of the interesting bits of history otherwise.

5.00I cannot recommend this tour enough. James, our guide was amazingly knowledgeable and being a history teacher by profession was the perfect person to lead the tour. Mdina is a living, working city and not a museum with interpretation boards, so having a guide makes the history so much more accessible. Do not miss this tour if you are visiting Rabat and Mdina!

5.00Carmel was our guide and he was excellent. He regularly explained where we would be going next, pointed out uneven surfaces, kept a pace that was suitable for all of us and ensured we were safe. He was absolutely passionate about the history and shared so many facts and stories with us, explaining what was factual and was perhaps unsubstantiated but nevertheless of interest. He had a lovely sense of humour and clearly loves his work. He kept all 25 of us engaged for three hours in hot weather! My only suggestion would be to include a drinks/comfort stop half way through. We loved our tour and would highly recommend this company and Carmel. Thank you.
