Starting our tour, Experience traditional cheese-making on a local farm tour, where you’ll watch skilled artisans craft halloumi and anari cheeses from fresh milk. Start with a warm welcome and a look at the lush farmland and animals that provide the milk. Then, observe the fascinating cheese-making process, from curdling and heating to molding. You’ll sample fresh halloumi—soft, salty, and delicate, creamy anari. Enjoy a hands-on moment, learning to shape your own cheese, followed by a tasting with local bread and olives. This tour combines delicious flavors, local culture, and hands-on learning for an unforgettable culinary adventure.

4.00Great day spent seeing the land side of Cyprus and meeting local wine and cheese shops. Catherina was our host guide and also a driver, she was super nice and informative. There was some part of the roads were very winding, curve so you can get a bit motion sickness. Make sure to bring some snacks for the long drive.

3.00The cultural side was very good but would have been good to have lunch break considering we left hotel 08:30 in the morning and returned 18:15 i the evening. The guide and driver were friendly and kept everyone on their toes.
