5.00Clean vans and on time pickups. Get a designated van, especially at the airport. After two hot hours in airport customs line, it was nice to travel to our resort in cool and comfort.

5.00Our flight arrived early, customs was unusually quick. We would of had over an hour and a half wait. I messaged them and they took us immediately to our resort.
I congratulate the authorities of this wonderful hotel for having this excellent staff.

Super friendly, cardinal, polite staff It is a pleasure to be with them especially the people of RIVIERA restaurant: Lilian, France, chef Felix, Diana, Julio Morillo, Marcos, concierge Alejandro Sosa, chef Carola are WONDERFUL, KIND, CORDIAL, EXCELLENT HUMAN BEINGS. They made us feel like they're from our family. So is Miss Marlin, who is the girl who delivers the towels at the Riviera pool. It's the third year we've been here and we'll keep coming back. I also want to mention the manager of Level Sr. Victor, you were kind enough to come up to us to meet us. Concierge Mr. Alejandro Sosa was always available. I repeat that these people are our dear family because of how they serve us.

Traveling in a foreign country

5.00When we (traveling with another couple) landed and got through Customs, our driver was holding a sign with our name and immediately escorted us to the van and loaded our luggage. Our flight was delayed 2.5 hours. The driver was pleasant and spoke some English - we on the other hand spoke no Spanish. On the return trip, we were picked up at the scheduled time and taken to the airport with ample time to catch our flight back home. I would highly recommend this company for shuttle services as they operate in several countries. Very pleasant experience!
