Whale watching was great. The crew was knowledgeable on whales. We saw several. The bus took us to Mendenhall Glacier and the driver said we could lea e stuff on the bus because he wasn’t going anywhere. He then got called to do a late. We were supposed to leave back to the ship at 8pm. A couple people had to call after 8pm to find out where the bus and driver. We were told he was in his way. He didn’t show up until 830pm. It was chilly out and dark and one couple left there items on the bus which they thought was safe. Overall it was a good excursion but the company should commit to what they tell the customers.
