It offers stunning views and a warm atmosphere that will make you feel at home. Using the traditional Argentinian method, I'll grill mouthwatering meat with wood, infusing it with smoky flavors that will transport you to gastronomic bliss.
Beyond the food, we'll share stories, engage in conversations, and create lasting connections. Learn to make empanadas and discover the world of our beloved Argentina. You'll meet fellow travelers, exchange tales, and gain insights into different cultures.

5.00Amazing Argentine Asado … and more! Our host Fede did make us really feel at home. We were taught how to properly light an Asado, how to make and bake Empanadas and how to enjoy the quintessential Fernet Cola experience - all accompanied by amazing local wines and obviously the wide variety of meats from the Asado. A thoroughly enjoyable experience with people who became friends as the evening progressed! Thank you so much, Fede!

5.00That was an extraordinary experience and just what we always hope for in our travels and rarely get. We spent an evening with a warm, genuine, smart, and funny host. He got us involved making the fire, which we enjoyed. Fede genuinely seemed to enjoy our company too. We two Canadians shared our evening with a couple we didn’t know from Norway and they were delightful. All around the highlight of our trip so far. Oh and the red wine he chose was fantastic.

5.00Can’t rave enough about this experience! Such a wonderful, warm and charming evening on Fede’s rooftop. We broke bread, drank wine and had amazing conversation with a wonderful group of strangers. We each made empanada which was so much fun. My husband helped prepare the fire. I love that we were involved with the process. The food was incredible! An experience that I would love to have again and again. I highly recommend. Should be at the top of your list!

He walks everyone through making their own empanadas and then talks you through what he’s doing on the grill, all while making sure everyone has a drink and is having a good time. Can’t recommend enough, would definitely do it again! Great food and great company.
