1.00The tour never took place. They said they didn't get enough people so they pushed the tour back 2 hours which I couldn't make it.

1.00The whole experience was bad. When we got to the “meeting point” it was not clearly labeled as there was no red umbrella as stated in the email. We asked the man at the podium who was very rude when telling us to “go down there” to get in the line. We tried 3 times to get clarification that line was for the pirate ship as NO KNE else in the line was taking that tour. Finally someone showed up to scan our voucher and simply told us to go fine there pointing right. We got to a boat that looked NOTHING like a pirate ship. When we asked about the pirate ship boat we were told it’s broken so we were moved to this boat. Our tickets were supposed to come with lunch, but no one ever offered us food. We could barely understand our tour guide, so honestly no clue whose homes we saw. At the end of the tour they came around to each person asking for tips. When we informed them we weren’t tipping since we didn’t even get the tour we paid for or our lunch they got angry. One woman asked to see our ticket and when showed to her she took off with our phone back to the bar area and at that point pulled out a crockpot to start cooking our hotdogs. The tour was over at that point! We were the only ones left on the boat. The entire experience was bad and every worker we encountered treated us like we were dumb and were very rude to us. Not worth our $280. We were never given any option to change our tour or get a refund. Hell we were on the boat before we were even told we weren’t going to ride the boat we paid for.
