Relax aboard our AC motorcoach with Wi-Fi and a restroom as we take you across 34 islands and 42 bridges, including the iconic 7-Mile Bridge, with the Gulf of Mexico on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other. Along the way, your guide shares stories about Key West’s history, culture, and attractions, and we’ll make a short stop for breakfast.
You’ll arrive in Key West around 11:00–11:30 AM and enjoy 6 hours of free time to explore at your own pace: stroll the colorful streets, shop, relax on the beach, or visit landmarks like the Southernmost Point or Hemingway House. For even more adventure, add optional activities such as Snorkeling, Parasailing, Glass Bottom Boat tours, or Dolphin Watching.
We’ll depart Key West around 5:00–5:30 PM, returning to Miami between 9:15–10:30 PM.
The return trip is included with the $49 fare or any activity combo, but not with the $39 fare.

What To Expect
Key West
Pickup: Between 6:10–7:30 AM, depending on your location. Be ready 5–10 minutes early at your hotel entrance or designated point. Wait outside on the street. Your Journey: Travel aboard a comfortable motorcoach with Wi-Fi and a restroom. Enjoy the scenic Overseas Highway while your guide shares insights about Key West’s history, culture, and attractions. We’ll make a brief breakfast stop on the way (meal not included). In Key West: Arrive around 11:00–11:30 AM and enjoy 6 hours of free time to explore at your own pace. Walk the lively streets, visit shops, or relax at the beach. Since everything is nearby, we’ll provide a city map for easy navigation. Return to Miami: Depart Key West around 5:00–5:30 PM, arriving back between 9:15–10:30 PM. Return Included (non-stop): with $49 fare or a combo tour with an activity. Return Not Included: with $39 fare. Meeting Point in Key West: 908 Caroline St. Tip: Bring a jacket or sweater in case the bus feels cool.

5.00This was one of the highlights of my trip to Miami. Our tour guide gave us clear instructions on expectations related to the round trip and time allotted in Key West. He also kept us in the loop regarding activities that may be canceled for those of us who were interested in the water activities. I was able to add on the trolley tour on the way to Key West even though I didn't initially sign up for it. We also stopped at a McDonald's prior to reaching Key West, which I appreciated since we left very early in the morning. My only feedback related to this trip is providing a description of the bus prior to hotel pick up. I was picked up from a hotel that had multiple buses picking people up to go to Key West, so it wasn't clear to me which bus I was supposed to board (however, it all worked itself out). Otherwise, I had a very positive experience. I wanted to do this trip to get a sense of what Key West had to offer, and it exceeded my expectations. In the future, I would like to come back and spend more time there after doing this trip.

4.00Overall the experience was good. I did the Bus Round trip only bc it was cheaper to book with the actual company that does the snorkeling. Best way to save money doing it that way. They picked my wife and I up near our hotel in Miami which was nice. Orlando (nice guy) was our tour guide and had a very thick accent so it was hard to understand him as he spoke in English. His Spanish was perfect though. We stopped at the McDonalds after 1 hour for breakfast. Smooth transition getting food and were on our way. Took about 4 hours to get to Key West and we arrived around 11.45am. It does say the bus comes with wifi on the ad, that isn't true. Our bus didn't have wifi which was a bummer.. We were told to meet back at the drop point at 5.45pm. Had a great time in Key West , and on the ride home it was quiet and relaxing as everyone was tired from a day in Key West. Only thing keeping this experience from a 5 star was not understanding Orlando well when he spoke English and the bus not having wifi. Other than that, I would do this all the time when I want to go to Key West.

2.00Firstly, the bus was in very poor condition. On our return trip, there were mechanical issues that caused the bus to stop, resulting in wasted time. Secondly, the travel guide displayed discriminatory behavior toward Chinese passengers. We fully understand that tips are appreciated; however, the guide deliberately played a loud Chinese translation asking passengers to tip the driver. There were many Asian passengers on the bus, yet the message was played only in Chinese. He did not make the same announcement in English or Spanish, which felt targeted and disrespectful.

4.00It’s a nice comfortable bus and it gives everyone in your party the chance to experience the beautiful scenic drive down into key west. The tour guide was knowledgeable with information about the keys as we drove down. The bus arrived for pick up on time and left promptly at the departure time. We had six hours to explore Key West and opted to walk to our desired destinations. Key west was very safe and walkable and we enjoyed the sites we took in, especially the Hemingway House and Key West lighthouse. We would book this bus service again.

3.00We are a family from Australia who took this tour on 6th December 2025. The Tour Guide spoke in heavily accented English and it was extremely difficult to understand him so we couldn’t appreciate the commentary provided. He rushed the breakfast stop at McDonald’s for no sensible reason which meant that we had to eat and drink hot coffee in the bus which was very uncomfortable and risky. The Tour Guide did not advise WiFi availability and password at the start of the tour. Viator should replace this Tour Guide with someone more competent, professional and who can speak good English. Also, the WiFi in the bus was extremely slow and basically not working — this should be fixed. Finally, we were questioning whether visiting Key West was really worth it or value for money because there aren’t many substantial attractions there. But since we took the trolley ride option and not the dolphin watching or snorkelling options, we urge each tourist to carefully assess this for themselves.

3.00The guide (not the driver) was rude. He spouted off orders that were difficult to follow. Don't eat on the bus, eat on the bus, don't eat on the bus, hurry up and get your food and eat on the bus, finish your food, get on the bus. I, for one, could not understand most of what he said as it was all a run-on sentence. Then, the bathroom instructions, whoa ! Don't pee on the seat. Come on man! We were not elementary kids on a school field trip!
